I ordered a foot long of the rotisserie style chicken and I haven’t felt good since. I do not know if I am getting food poisoning. But, I haven’t been able to eat normal since I ate the sandwich. The meat looked weird and I stopped eating my sandwich but I ate enough of it where I feel sick to my stomach. I will never order and will never suggest it. I don’t even know if being reimbursed for what I am dealing with is worth it. I am not happy at all, absolutely disgusting. ?

I placed online order last night. My foot long roast beef sandwich had two pieces of thinly sliced roast beef on it. We ordered two sandwiches. Both of the sandwiches were made wrong and with two slices of meat. Don’t waste your $30.

I've been coming here for years now, and honestly I hate to complain bit if I pay for something I expect to get it. The combos come with the sandwich 2 cookies or a bag of chips and a drink. I got to work and I only see 1 cookie. Granted they were new kids working, but don't jip people. It wasn't busy or anything. I usually tip the people there, and honestly good thing I didn't today. I don't think I'll be coming back here, and I'll be spreading the word on employees who steal money from customers.

A newer employee made my sandwich yesterday at lunch rush hour and again today around 2. It was a Blt with everything but pickles. He is awesome, he took his time to make sure it was done right, he also has good customer service skills, friendly and doesnt look like he hates his job. It is usually hit or miss and my sandwich ends up a mess or skimpy with toppings. If you had more workers like him who take the right amount of time to make i would go more often. He sort of embraces the whole sandwich-artist thing, great job!

Very good workers...I feel like they are trained in making the sandwiches right. Not sloppy and they know how to fold the subs well. Other places can't stack and assemble correctly! I live in Gardner and the Subways here suck. You tell them how to assemble and they look at you funny. Very good job by the workers here always!

Horrible ethics blatantly not making the subs right as if I was blind possibly because maybe I ordered 5 subs. The gentleman felt I deserve less of a portion while because I ordered to many sandwiches all foot longs by the way, could of been the reason for skimping my orders. I would understand the logic if I were getting it for free but that wasn’t the case. So I took my money elsewhere after asking nicely if he could please correct the large gap left between each slice but I was ignored.

Ordered via Uber- meal was well packed and looked perfectly delectable when unwrapped. Taste was excellent. Grilled chicken with Buffalo sauce was superb ?.Well done !

I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app from work for our lunch. Was prompted to go there at 12:40pm to pick the subs. Got there at 12:38pm. SANDWICHES NOT MADE! Order LOOKED at after I asked for my order. Was told to sit and will be made now. But that didn't happen. 2 men came in and there sandwiches were made 1st!?. Then mine was started, heated then put on counter then PUT ASIDE when another new customer came in. After her sub was made then the worker finally finished. ???. Both of my subs were COLD! Subs were cold and it was 12:55pm before they were handed to me. Why use the app?? I would have had our meal FASTER if I just showed up.WHY ADVERTISE THE APP IF WALK INS GET PRIORITY.?!Not to mention loosing so much time off my lunch break.
