If I could give half a star I would. Called to order the sheet pizza because THEIR WEBSITE HAS THEIR PHYSICAL MENU ON IT!! And it has a coupon for $19.99. I tell the girl on the phone she says what is the code I tell her it only shows number 5. She explains it’s a longer number. I inform her that I am looking right at the menu on their website. She has to check with a manager and there is none working. She will have to call one and call back. 20 minutes go by, no call. I call back a gentleman answers, I explain the situation, he says oh yea so you want it, and I state yes, if it’s for the price on the coupon. He tells me no it needs to be a longer number. I then explain to him the same as I explain to the girl prior. It’s in their website, and he still is rude to me and then hung up on me. It’s really too bad, because we just had their food a few days before at a meeting we attended there, and thought it was decent and were going to be doing more business there not just ourselves but the group we went with. They lost us as well as any future business with whom we dined with at the meeting!! Great job losing more customers!!!

This is hands down one of the best pizza places in the city! Our favorite pizza is the Mac attack it’s literally heaven on a pizza ?thank you for great food! I highly recommend you guys to try this pizza place!

Ordered party pizzas online for my daughters birthday. I requested that they cut them into extra squares because we had lots of little kids. The pizza were delivered on time during a snow storm, tasted delicious, and they were cut exactly as requested. All for a reasonable price! Highly recommend.

Don't come here's as often as I once did. I usually only go during November for their thanks giving day pizza. I went b this year was very disappointed. Completely made different then years v past, not nearly as good, also the box smelt weird, and it had a slightly off flavor not sure why. Wouldn't come here unless they fix this pizza so it's like years past. Also I got a small steak tip salad but wasn't given silverware which was strange. They do have good chicken tender meals though.

Don't get chicken wings. I got chicken wings from them and I got 5 pieces. The pieces was just. I couldn't even eat it. It was dad but I do love their pizza

Zedas has the best chicken tenders and pizza in Worcester county! My only complaint is in regards to the staff. I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to call between 7pm—8:30pm and no one answers the phone...or I’m told that they’re closed and not taking any orders. There have been times I’ve received a sassy & condescending attitude from teenage male staff members when I’m attempting to place my order. Trust me when I say that I am extremely polite when placing any food order, so their attitude wasn’t warranted. I’ve seen the movie, “Waiting.” You don’t mess with people who are making your food. I don’t blame Zedas for their entitled & lazy staff. I blame the whiney, arrogant, soy-infused, hyper emotional generation.Kid-friendliness: I can’t say that they’re, “kid friendly,” but they love my service Dog. :)

HOLY MOLY, their food is DELICIOUS. BEST pizza, Even Gluten Free pizza, awesome subs, Strombolis etc. Best place in this area BY FAR! I can't believe that we have lived here for 12 years and we just learned about this place. Easy to order on their website, THEY GIVE COUPONS which now a days, it is VERY HELPFUL! I Also want to say how amazing the delivery driver, Kate is. So pleasant, so friendly, so nice!! It's truly very few and far between that you find good employees that take pride in their jobs and it's so clear that she does! I'm just in awe at how friendly she is. She deserves this shout out! Keep her around, she's one in a million employee that will work hard for you. Thank you Zedas for always providing us with great food and great service!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options!!!!
Be careful with your credit or debit cards at Zedas. Left one by accident there and within a day they used it to purchase over $150 online and tried tried to use it to make 2 $500+ online. Theives work there. Pay cash or go elsewhere!Parking: None
