The customer service is very poor and has been for years but has gotten worse. The pizza was made incorrectly and when I called back to ask to have it remade without cheese (as that is how it was originally ordered) the owner's daughter was incredibly rude and stated that she would remake it if I paid again. There was no apology, no kindness, AND no attempt to make it right for a long term customer. There are many other pizza places in Florence I would not recommend this place at all .

This was our first and maybe our last visit. We were told when we arrived that only pizzas are available (we wanted more than that) We were not offereda reason why only pizzas were available and no courteous apologies were offered nor free sodas to assuage our disappointment and inconvenience.The place was unwelcoming, cashier was difficult to understand throughout our encounter. She seemed like she could not be bothered. However, when we got our medium size "large" pizza home we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was.After waiting over 20m we got a clearer picture that they are severally short staffed and even overheard that the pizza guy made the incorrect pizza for someone who ordered over the phone and he walked out dejected and forlorn.

i LOVE pizza factory!!!! It is my favorite pizza in town, so comforting! I wish they would bring back their barbecue wings they were soooo good but they took them away because of covid ?

This has to be the worst pizza I've had in years, I would rather order little caesars hot and ready. No flavor in the sauce or crust. Really cheap feta and I mean bad. Even the buffalo chicken pizza had no flavor and I'm not sure how you do that.

Recently this place decided to cut more then half there menu with out any notes on there website. Only serving pizza is fine but you should advise customers ether on the phone or on your website before they place an order. Also not sure what's been going on but they do not open when there hours say they are. Shame Pizza an other food was really good. Will move on to somewhere else in town.

Ordered delivery at 11:19am. Got a call at 12:08pm to tell me they don’t have delivery until 4pm so they are canceling my order. “Fast, free delivery 7 days a week” is a lie. They charge $1.50 delivery fee. I am so disappointed and have two hungry kiddos who were waiting for lunch.?

Theres a sodden, desultory quality to Pizza Factory's pizzas. Even fresh, they taste like they were stored in military-grade freezers in Nebraska. Ingredients are stingy, and taste of little except salt. You could think of it as severely depressed pizza, with little sense of life, joy or flavor - grayed out in a pizza-scented cloud of infinite despair.
