The 3 1/2 rating is pretty accurate. Pretty average place to grab a sub or salad. Nothing to rush to - nothing to avoid.

Ordered online, supposed to be ready at 3:33.3:39 showed up, started making it after checking in twice. Ran out of Turkey, so only a tiny bit of Turkey and a long BONE in my BLT - bread, lettuce and tomato sandwich. It was not that good. So unfortunate as it was recommended by another team parent. Waste of $20 as I won’t be eating it. No attention to customers either.

Loved the steak and cheese fries!

I'm here on the night of Elton John's July 29th show and they are cranking out the sandwiches! Great Job!

I absolutely love their sandwiches. That’s a 5 star review. However their hours are ridiculously inconsistent. They close early or open late… I’ve driven 45 mins there during their open hours multiple times- to find them closed. And when I complained, they told me I should call first. What? Disappointing beyond belief.

Good food....if it's open when you get there! Drove 45 minutes and the place was closed an hour before the website said and the hours were scrapped off the door. Beyond disappointed ?

I got there 2 and a half hours before there closing time and they were closed. They also don’t like answering there phone, open or not.

This review is only based on one sandwich that I recently tried there which was the Impossible Cheesesteak. My husband and I were walking by the restaurant and saw a sign advertising the sandwich on their window. The picture shown was very enticing; it showed this beautiful vegan steak and cheese that had mushrooms, onions, and grilled peppers. Being vegan and hungry, we were definitely interested and hopeful that they offered a vegan cheese option. We went in and ordered. They did not have vegan cheese so we ordered it without the cheese. When we opened our sandwich, we were disappointed to find that it was literally just bread and impossible meat. There was no mushrooms, onions, or grilled peppers. It also lacked a lot of flavor. The sandwich has a lot of potential and could have been much better. I wish our sandwich would have been more like what they advertised on their poster.

I was a static when I saw that they had the shop here, only place I could get it was in Vegas. The Bobbie always hits my craving for a Thanksgiving sandwich. It's savory and sweet. If you're looking for something more savory go for the Ruben the coleslaw is so good and thousand Island compliments it.

Not friendly at all. Two 10 inch subs, 30 bucks. Would not recommend trying them. Better options and staff that is happy

I love thanksgiving sandwiches and get them all the time. I was very excited to try theirs (the Bobby). Looked delicious and portion was huge. However it was very disappointing. Roll, sauce and stuffing were all good but the turkey was very hard and cold. I don't know if they freeze their turkey but I would have thought this was and just not thawed all the way. Perhaps it was just dry hard cold turkey. Overall the most disappointing turkey sandwich I've had. Maybe I'll give it a try another time. I went when it was incredibly slow at an off time.

Soda machine was broken but you can't beat the subs here.

The fries were good. But the salads had mostly brown lettuce. We ordered and I believe we got half salads but they charged us for full salads. Subs looked good. First and last ever visit to this chain.

Good/Fresh bread is key. Had the cheesesteak and an Italian both were great. No line and courteous staff too on the Sunday shift.

Just have to say that this place does not disappoint! We got a cheesesteak, a Bobbie and an Italian sub and all three were the pinnacle of what a sub should be. Other shops should go and buy one and see if they can come close to these. Highly recommended! Enjoy.
