The register worker was rather impolite. after more than 30 minutes of waiting for my order to be processed. I talked with the registration woman and provided evidence that the order had been paid for. About forty-five minutes later, I went back to buy the coffees, and sure enough, my card had been charged again. I had to pay twice for her actions. charged me once more after refusing to listen to my explanations. I have been a regular customer here for many years. This woman has a history of being impolite and thoughtless. If you don't want to interact with consumers, you shouldn't work in customer service. I'm a friendly and kind person. However, this was unreal.

Depending on where you are, there can be big variations across Dunkin locations; this one is among the better ones, for instance. Orders placed through the drive-through are usually accurate and fulfilled promptly. The personnel is amiable and diligent. A bright light for both of us is that they generally offer my dog, who rides in the backseat and LOVES drive-throughs, a simple munchkin from the window.

We arrived at the drive through to wait in an empty line. They took a while so I went ahead and made a call to the nearby pizza and made an order. There was an attitude from the Dunkin employee for doing this, and they took extra long to serve us. The coffee we ordered came out to be watered down and the company with me did not like the flavor at all yet are not willing to have me walk in due to fear of the service we had experienced.This 1 star is for the dude at the register playing with my order.

The differences between Dunkin locations can vary pretty significantly based on location, this location is an example of being one of the better locations. Orders are typically correct and served quickly in the drive through. The staff is friendly and thorough. They will usually give my dog who rides in the backseat and LOVES drive throughs a plain munchkin from the window which is a bright spot for both of us.

Twice now I've been there late night and new person to this location/shift has made my coffees with no flavor, I don't know if it's because she doesn't like the job or lack of training but I feel like she's either watering it down or running coffee through machine twice...idk what gives but I've tipped her as well, before finding out coffee was completely off. I confirmed this from other people that I got a coffee for while on break at work, they said it was disgusting and they no longer want coffee from that location. She also handed me order and turned to face away from me while I'm trying to grab my stuff and says nothing, no customer service skill whatsoever, yet I still tried to be nice n thank her. (She appeared to be only person in store from what I've seen)If you don't like your job leave. Your not suppose to make a customer feel like their business isnt wanted and that im a burden for placing an order.I'll take my money n tips elsewhere, if that's her intention on the bad coffees and attitude more than once now.

We ordered 4 items and a coffee. We only got one item correct (a donut because it was handed to me) the other 3 items were not even close to what we ordered. I’m assuming the incorrect bag was grabbed. Pay attention people…pay attention.

I go through the drive through early morning. Who ever works the window is rude. Everytime I’ve been through they seem miserable and have bad attitude. Great way to start my mornings lol! And the coffee was garbage by the way!

Place mobile orders for walk in pickup here regularly. It's never ready. Workers playing and laughing. Left without half my order. Then couldn't get out of the parking lot the drive-thru was so backed up.

Best Dunkin I’ve ever been too. There’s one guy named Leo who works a lot of the night shifts and he’s always super chill. All of the employees here have been great to me but there’s this one girl named tori that just doesn’t seem right, often times I wonder if she just wasn’t loved as a child, or maybe her brother is just better looking and better at everything so she grew up to be a disappointment. But anyways great dunkin

Horrible attitude. Whoever the girl was at cashier at 7.20am Friday 28 June - is the worst cashier I have met.I gave her an exact change along with $20 so that she would give me $10 bill back (as I really hate to break the bills as they get spent easily & make the wallet bulge). But she gave me 10 $1 bills. When I requested again she just ignored intentionally. Such a idiotic attitude to start your morning. BTW, i would really like to have my hash browns not burnt and not into 3-4 pieces. (& my hash brown had a piece of bacon which is totallt unacceptable who don't eat it).
