I indicated on the side of the cup how much milk I needed when I ordered a big hot coffee with hazelnuts. I requested for half a cup of milk, but they added less and it wasn't hazelnut. They completely blew it off!!!!!

I frequently visit this DD, and they always get my order right (which isn't the case at many of the Dunk's I've been to), they're always kind (who even asks how your day is going at the drive-through these days? ), and they're quick. When I see a huge queue, I don't even think twice because they move quickly through the orders, getting my order and allowing me to return to my hectic schedule in no time. I appreciate all of the wonderful staff members for their hard work!

Staff members are helpful and friendly. Though epidemic years have reduced hours everywhere, hours may be longer. (The other location in town has a 24-hour drive-through, but it prevents you from seeing what's left.
Zero stars if possible. They send you on your way with missing items all the time. They also frequently say they have no food, just drinks because the oven is down. I have driven home to find missing hash browns so many times. Shame on me for not checking the bag. I have learned my lesson and just won't go here again.

Waited 10 min for a coffee in the lobby they said they were busy with drive through witch would have been fine but while waiting A young girl walked in and said she got the wrong munchkins the day before and I watched the manager put the bag of munchkins back in the rack ???? When I asked the manager why he did that he ignored me. stay away !!!!!!!

I came through the drive thru and this woman with respect nails and curly hair was at the window, after I gave her my money she took the change and dropped it into the bucket without asking. I was amazed. I worked at dunkkn myself for many Years so I know that you are trained to ALWAYS offer back the chance even if it's as small as a penny. I am not upset I just want this to be known so that it doesn't happen to others in higher amounts because who knows =/

I really wanted a jamocha almond fudge ice cream cone. But no, they didn't have any. My friend got egg bites and away we went. But noooooo, she reached in to her egg bite bag and it was a donut. Not an egg bite in sight. We went back and my friend went in to get her egg bites. She came back to the car and informed me they did indeed have jamocha almond fudge ice cream. Come on all, this isn't that complicated.
