The 2 woman working here in the morning are fast, efficient, and friendly. It's rare to find the trifecta. Never been to a dunkin donuts with this quality service. Honey dew me a favor and keep up the top notch service. Won't catch me going anywhere else for coffee if I have the opportunity to drive by this dewski. The service and food you get in the morning can sometimes set the tone for the rest of your day. Appreciate the the honeys dewing their job with a smile. If management their hasn't given these women a raise anytime recently they dam well should now. Also make it so we can throw a tip on when paying by debit card. I don't carry cash

This is the worst Honey Dew I've ever been to, which is saying something because none of them are particularly good. So the bar is very low. I've done this exact job, it's not difficult. 10 minutes for two cinnamon twists with one car in front of me ? Holy. I've been here once before and the girl barely knew how to open a bag, gave me a stone cold sandwich and a lukewarm ice coffee. They need to get their act together and staff this place accordingly. The poor girl was running it by herself. Taking one order at a time with five minutes between each car is ridiculous, but that's not her fault. Now I see why the Dunkin is packed and this place is empty. Shame.

Just got a pair of ice cold breakfast burritos from here. Not sure what's going on this morning but biting into this on the highway was incredibly dissapointing.

Stopped here before a memorial service to grab a coffee and a sandwich. Tell me why they were too lazy to toast the croissant?! The sandwich was COLD and the cheese not melted when I took it out of the bag a few minutes later! I had to throw the whole thing away! TOAST THE SANDWICH BREAD UNLESS THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS NOT TO! Otherwise it is a COLD sandwich! I understand you’re short-staffed but it is NOT an excuse to make someone’s order incorrectly!

To the girl wearing the Reba McEntire shirt on, I like the way you're put together. I was the guy who came in and got the strawberry frozen drink. You said you remembered me.. we should hang out and do fun stuff?603-748-0157Hit me up

I was here this morning (09/17) at 9 for the hot tea I get on a pretty regular basis. I placed my order as usual, and the girl told me they didn't serve that. I was confused since I get it about once a week, but commented that maybe they discontinued it. She stepped away for a minute and then returned and said sorry, we do actually have it. I told her not to worry about it, as I assumed she was new, and again placed my order for a hot tea. She returned a few minutes with an iced tea. I told her sorry, but I had ordered a hot tea. She replied rudely and extra slowly, "I TOLD you, we. Only. Have. Iced. Drinks." Um, no, you didn't, or I wouldn't have ordered it. I again said sorry, I must have misunderstood (I hadn't), and asked her to remove the tea from my order. She gave the most stereotypical teen girl "uggh," rolled her eyes, and stormed away. Then she came back with the rest of my order and thrust it at me with a scowl on her face. I took it and went next door to Dunkin, where I got a nice, hot drink and a lot less attitude. It's now clear why that Honey Dew is always empty while the line for the Dunkin extends into the street, and I usually prefer Honey Dew over Dunkin. I know a lot of places are hurt for workers, but I'm not sure Honey Dew can afford to treat their customers disrespectfully when they're located right next to one of their competitors.

The lady who worked at 8 AM this morning 2/21 is honestly the nicest and sweetest human being. She is passionate and I always look forward to seeing her because she is just so amazing!!!!!!

Nice people, but I often need to repeat my order 2 or 3 times. It's not that busy. Focus is key when serving people.

Best coffee in town, and the service is always wonderful

No sesame bagels. There was one employee working the line, drive thru, and food preparation. They kind of need to get their act together.

My boyfriend says he stops by here on his way to work sometimes and he always gets an iced mocha coffee drink and that I needed to try it, and it was good! It definitely has chocolate milk vibes, if you're into that (which I am). We didn't go inside the store, and just went through the drive-thru and we didn't have any baked goods or anything. But the drive-thru people were incredibly nice and peppy, which was refreshing. This place is attached to a Shell gas station, so you might miss it if you're not looking for it.

Game Changer: I was in this store recently and the counter girl asked if she could heat up my cinnamon stick, Honeydew Donuts' unique pastry made of baked dough, a cinnamon paste that is sweet but subdued, and a caramelized sugar glaze. Sure you can heat it up, sweetie! As I wrote in a review of another Honeydew Donuts location, a warm cinnamon stick is heaven. Now that Honeydew Donuts has realized the value of serving their cinnamon stick pastries warm or hot, it may be enough to convince me to procure a snow plow, buy a douchey North Face jacket, and move back to frigid Massachusetts from sunny San Diego. Well -- maybe not quite all that, but you get what I'm saying. Unfortunately, just about everything else that this chain serves is terrible, even if warm cinnamon sticks pull it up from 2 stars to 4 stars.
