I’ll start by saying my party of 7 visited during a rain storm and all arrived at the same time and greeted by the most rude gentleman I have ever encountered at a restaurant. He tried to sit us at an already full hibachi table with two of our guests sitting behind a stack of plates not even part of the hibachi table, I asked if we could be sat at a table where we could all be at the hibachi table. He rudely picked up all the menus and said it’s all the same whatever and brought us to another table throwing the menus. If it wasn’t 6 at night and my daughter’s birthday I would have left. We had just done a paint night nearby so decided to stay. The waitress would keep coming up from behind and tap you on your shoulder to take a plate or deliver a drink (very odd). The show for hibachi was nothing more than him cooking in front of you and the food was the worse I have ever had. The rice is white rice , soy sauce, and egg that’s it, 0 flavor or seasoning. Very disappointing experience all around, I would not return. They give you a choice of soup or salad every place I have ever been to always gives you both, prices were high, food was bad, and service even worse.

They also added 18% gratuity, so could care less about the service they were getting you to pay either way.

If you’re going to ask me for 18% tip after i give you a 10% tip then make it mandatory on every bill. Super awkward when someone asks for more tip.

The food had good flavor, atmosphere is great (very loud and you leave with their version of Happy Birthday stuck in your head), the wait time to get a table was reasonable and close to what the hostess said, however when we sat at the table, we waited over an hour for the cook to come, the table next to us waited less than 10 minutes. They only had 3 cooks and clearly need a better system to assign them. We tried to give feedback and they didn’t care one bit. The waitress was nice, but had to be asked to refill our drinks and didn’t really check on us.

It was my first time experiencing hibachi dining, and this establishment is so much fun. I desired to experience what it must be like for the chefs to perform stunts and cook in front of you. The entrée itself was fantastic, and I especially enjoyed the miso soup and salad. I intend to return here after my previous two visits. My only issue is that the chef we had was not as energetic or conversational, so if you're dining hibachi style with only one other person, it might not feel as interactive between you and the chef. Aside from this minor issue, I think the location and ambiance are fantastic. I suggest that you visit this location.

Horrible service. Barely got a full plate of food. Cheap on portions. Squished us at a hibachi table corner with toddlers instead of having consideration. No room Added 18 percent tip automatically to bill for 2 adults and 2 kids. Will not return.

Very rude waiters telling people to tip more complaining about tip and best part I was still drinking my beverages and the waiter made me change tip even when I told him I was not done

So we had our food, and while waiting for our check we saw a mouse. Brought it to staffs attention and was told the owner knew and was doing nothing.

Chef was amazing and engaged with the entire table at Hibachi. Rest of wait staff were less than courteous however, and food was very basic for the $100 tab.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The chef was entertaining and lively. The food was good. Not excellent (here I found minor disappointment with the yaki soba), but no problems with it, either. If anyone I knew was thinking of bringing a small party (10 guests) for dinner and entertainment, it would be a good choice and I would do so again with few, if any reservations. Pardon the pun. Reservation would be recommended.
