Tried for the first time last week. Just had a smoothie. I noticed all the fruit in the prep areas is frozen, nothing fresh. It was around $8 for a large smoothie, so worth it if you are not picky and need alittle snack. No options for almond milk, oat milk or coconut milk! I am lactose intolerant so that limits my options. IMHO, it's the McDonalds of smoothie places. Place was clean and employees nice. However, I will not be back.

It’s nice that the employees have friends to visit them while they are working but when the girl with light brown hair and many piercings on her right ear, crumpled up a receipt and hand feeds in the mouth of a customer/friend at the register, it’s not just unprofessional but it’s a food safety concern as she did not wash her hands afterwards when she made our drinks. This was around 1:20pm on Saturday 9/9/23. The drinks here are good, but my wish is that the manager can re-align expectations with the employee and/or team.

This is the worst location if you order through the app and don't pretip them then they make your smoothie real shitty. I work at Patriots place and I did an experiment with tipping and sure enough without fail if I didn't tip them on the app when I placed my order I'f get a horrible tasting smoothie and corporate just ignores your complaints. I'm actually a great tipper I was a server for years but tips are for exceptional service, not because u did your job. I won't order from this one again.

Delicious smoothie! Got the lean machine and added peanut butter. Even more impressed with the 2 employees working, Michael, and another young lady whose name I didn’t catch. They were professional and worked diligently and as a team under pressure. There was a pretty decent line and on top of it, some middle school kids who were likely dropped off by their parents came in harassing Michael and demanding his name. The young lady working with him reminded them they’re not worth it and to just focus on the work. Both the product and integrity of the staff was top tier and I commend these hardworking staff members for their professionalism during an irritating run in. Thanks tropical cafe!
