This place is so underrated and I’m surprised it’s not rated higher. The food, cocktails and service is always excellent. We discovered this place while staying at the hotel about a year ago and have since returned back at least once a month for dinner. Their burger is my favorite and the cocktails are expertly crafted.

Had reservations for 7:30. Arrived and was seated promptly. Waited 15 minutes for waitress to at least take our drink order . Continued to wait another 20 minutes and still no drink. We left without having anything, upset and now having to find another restaurant on my birthday dinner

We went in for drinks and desserts after having eaten somewhere else. The bartender was friendly and conversational. The drinks were fantastic and the dessert was great, too!Parking: As with this whole section of Patriot Place: you have to park in the general lot and make your way to the restaurant. If you park parallel to rt 1 you're on ground level. If you park in front of the movie theater you have to either take the escalator by the theater or the stairs or elevator in front of the Hall of Fame/museum.

Hosted a business dinner here (on a non-sporting event evening). The food was good although I would have appreciated more vegetarian options and clearer identification of these on the menu.Service was super friendly, but only one server was on duty and it felt like that wasn't enough for the number of tables that were occupied.

The experience was terrible. The place was empty, and the environment was hollow, missing the hospitality spirit. The service was cordial, but the menu was lacking, and the food was un-inspiring and expensive. I won't return.

Dinner was very good. It was not too crowded when we arrived. The noise level was not the restaurant itself, but came from the wedding that was just next door. The service was attentive too. Enjoy it overall, would go back! C

It was a Sunday game day dinner so they only serve a buffet. The servers were very helpful. The food was lukewarm with nothing spectacular included in the buffet Apparently the hostess told one of the servers to sit us in a section that was reserved and then informed us of the error and indicated t was the server who sat us incorrectly... it was bizarre. She could have just said she made a mistake instead of insisting it was the servers. Also, we did not change tables and the whoever reserved the table had not even showed up when we checked out.. again it was bizarre. I would not recommend the restaurant for the buffet. Maybe it is different during the week.

My wife and I made a reservation for 6 pm on the thursday night of a Bruce Springsteen concert. We figured since they handle crowds with the Patriots games that everything would be fine. We were dead wrong. We sat for 25 minutes until a server approached us and said she would send water over. Three managers hanging out at the front desk chatting. I had to get up from my seat to ask one of them if we are going to be served. Ten minutes later one of the managers took our order. We both ordered cheeseburgers. Pretty simple? twenty minutes later the food arrives and my burger arrives without cheese. The concert was starting soon so I don't dare send it back . We ask the server for some extra Ketchup and guess what that never arrived. Upon departure I informed one of the managers and he didn't even look me in the eye but said "sorry sir" This was a waste of time and money due to very poor management of this restaurant. Needless to say I would avoid this place during events at Gillette.

Loved the atmosphere when there few people there. But as a large group of men arrived at the bar it was louder than I personally like but probably is ghat “energetic “ level that some like. Service was terrific with the manager stopping by our table. I had the bao buns with pork which were a little too chewy. It was described as pulled prok but was a piece of pork. Very tasty however. My guest had clam chowder and clam flatbread and reported it was lovely. We lingered afterward and were not rushed.

MADE THE RESERVATION FOR BREAKFAST TIME. THEIR WEBSITE HAS BREAKFAST LISTED EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AND THEIR MENU LOOKED GREAT. MADE A RESERVATION DURING THAT TIMEFRAME BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED, WE WERE INFORMED THAT THERE WAS ONLY A BUFFET THAT DAY. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND VERY AVERAGE HOTEL BUFFET FOOD. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT HAVE MADE THE TRIP FOR BRUNCH.

I went with my wife before a Bruce Springsteen Concert. I did have a reservation. After being seated, the server told us she would be right back. 20 Minutes later a now show. I had to contact one of the three managers at the front desk chatting. We waited another 10 minutes for one of the managers to take our order. We both ordered cheeseburgers. Pretty simple. My burger came without cheese. I did not complain because we were running out of time. My wife asked for extra Ketchup but it never arrived. If you read the reviews of this place you will see numerous complaint about the service with is the fault of the management they have in place

While acknowledging the place was slammed for a Springsteen concert, under no circumstances is it ok to get your first drink 30 minutes after you are seated and after the meal has already come on. We were sitting for 25 minutes before they even took a drink order. It wasn't even that busy but I'm sure it was 10X busier than a normal night and they weren't staffed for it.

Beautiful restaurant. Wait staff was attentive. Food was good. We got in and out in a reasonable time. Also, the bathrooms were so clean. I think that’s always a plus for anyone.

Food was excellent. Service was excellent. They should have a drink menu. If you are going out you don't want to think of your own drink. We have been eating at all the restaurants in Foxborough prior to games and this one doesn't seem as popular but it could be because food is better then many of the others.

I had a reservation that I made 3 months in advance and two days before I was to arrive I got a call that the reservation had been canceled. I was told that their Open Table reservation system was “mistakenly “ left open and in actuality they were not taking reservations because of Taylor Swift being in town. Because this was only 2 days before my reservation that I was notified, I wasn't able to find reset anywhere else. I get that there was a big show in town, but it was also not my fault that they took the reservation. Also, to only alert me 2 days before was not very professional and it did not allow me me to book anywhere else as everywhere was booked solid. So disappointed.
