Burgers are really good at the 99. Our server last time was not very personable but usually they're friendly and attentive. We ate in the bar area so there's much more to watch but it's not especially quiet. Finally, house margaritas were $4.99 not bad!

It was so cold I couldn't enjoy my meal. Complained and they turned the heat on for 5 minutes and then the manager discussed with other patrons how someone complained that it was too cold and turned off the heat and started blowing cold air again! I am a paying customer and other customers had their winter coatson too. They could have at least turned off the fans!

Parking: The cook cannot follow the servers instructions, ask for a medium well (which is a little pink in the middle) not raw.. had to send it back 3 times to get it right, last time I said put it in the microwave for 10 seconds and it'll come out perfect.

$45 later for french onion soup with no onions, soggy lettuce when I asked for my dressing on the side to begin with, and ice cold fries - when I called they asked me to hold and had me wait 20 minutes before I gave up.. I'm at a loss for words, I used to love this place.

4.5 stars.Food..Great pricing/quality. Portions excellent. SERVICE EXCELLENT. Staff is attentive busy or slow. Great specials. Restroom is where you lost half a star. NEEDS TLC. Grime and not well kept. Needs a good wipe down mopping and bleaching.. Beyond that see ya next time

Me, my brother and my nephew ordered food, person who was serving us called Moly brought the food and left we have to ask her to bring silverware.She closed our table not asking or offered dessert.We complained whit manager Chris and he did no pay attention to usVery good place to seat at the bar to get drunk.Poor service for who wants to seat whit family to Enjoy food and have funI do not recommend for family reunion
Soups were cold. Meals, just ok. This place needs a Reno bad! Feels like your going back in time! Ha ha Waitress was very nice but was never around. I've been to better 99's for sure!

Came here for dinner with my family sat down and was told our waitress was going to be Oliva who walked by our table several times never once acknowledged us. We were waiting for about 20 minutes to even be acknowledged which never happened. The minute 2 white guys sat down she walked right over to their table to help them. Absolutely ridiculous. So I called her out on the fact that she was supposed to be our waitress and that we were waiting for 20 minutes to even be acknowledged but that she was happy to assist the two gentleman is absurd especially the fact I was sitting there with my 2yr old son, mom, sister and partner. She seemed offended that I spoke up and then when we get up to walk away she makes a sighing noise and then loudly says well anyways and turned back to the two gentlemen to proceed taking their orders. Absolutely ridiculous and appalling that someone would act like that especially when there's a kid involved. Had my kid not been with me it would've been handled totally different by myself. I really wish I could leave zero stars.

The food here was good but basic very good for children. Our service was also good, although I have little trouble with the table. As someone in a wheelchair being at the corner was a little bit difficult since it made it a little harder to reach my food, they may want to consider rearranging tables so that wheelchairs can be more centered when eatingKid-friendliness: They're extremely kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible, although I prefer a table to a booth and wish there were more options for those of us in wheelchairs

First, Wednesday night bartender is fabulous. Great energy and savvy. We had the Seafood Trio and it was off the hook fabulous! I enjoyed the premium side of grilled asparagus and my husband raved over the Baked Mac & Cheese premium side. We'll be back.
