The baked items are amazing. If you're a coffee drinker, this place is a must! Locals and visitors alike this place should definitely be on your list. The only thing I don't like are the hours. They close too early!!! So, get there while they're open, sit by the water fountain & enjoy

I am not addicted to coffee, but my daughters and waif are. So, I've been to The Coffee Bean. I'm not sure how they would rate it, as they are the connoisseurs of fine coffee, but I enjoy the coffee here and the service is usually very nice too.

Went to the store this morning during the senior hours and I am so disappointed. The women at the bakery department are not wearing masks nor gloves, neither of them (there was older woman and the young Asian woman) Asked to please have my bread sliced and while she was slicing my bread, the other one came by and they started chatting. Not just yes or no chat, but like an intense chat back and forth. Honestly, I wanted to leave that bread for them to eat and I swear I will do it next time. 9/10 customers in the store wearing masks per CDC guidelines and you are here not wearing gloves and spiting your fluids onto your customers bread? Not during pandemic, not during any other times. Shame on you and I hope your supervisor reads this!

Seriously?? It really has gone downhill since Amazon bought the chain. ThIs is the 5th times in the past month that you had "run out" of bacons in your breakfast bar before 9am in the morning. This morning, there was no bacon at 8 am and your employee said there was no bacon in the store other than those for re-sale. And judging from the cleaned empty pan, there was never any for this morning. You are no longer reliable for my daily breakfast run before I go into the office. It's happening so often that I think I will just stop shopping here. This also happens to be one of the worst run location in the area. The ones in Sudbury and Wellesley seem to be better managed.

Usually had what I'm looking for at a good quality. Lots of vegan meat options which is nice

Guess I've been spoiled by the Wellesley and Sudbury WF, this place needs better management. I understand that space is smaller, but it lacks so much from the other WF in terms of friendly service, fresher deserts, and please get rid of those residents house flys in your muffins and cookie bin. Even the coffee bar is depressing.

Americano and fruit tart is my favorite breakfast there.

Clean store, friendly staff, good selection of groceries and plants all around. Giving a three star because although there is a good selection of groceries, some items are questionable. For example: Purchased prepackaged steak twice now and have found the quality to be very poor. Steaks were grey and definitely frozen once or twice. Also not local, which was advertised on the packaging and a large sign showcasing local farms where the store claims the steaks came from (ME and NH farms). The price label indicates the steaks were packaged in Texas. Is it possible that the steaks were from local New England farms and were shipped to Texas for packaging? I don't know, but I would bet the answer is no.

Do you really want to read another review of a WF store? This location has everything you'll find at any other -- but to a lesser quantity. For instance, the buffet area has a cold salad bar and a hot food bar, but that's it. This is not Dedham or Lynnfield with tons of other cold/hot bars.

Ordered a Fig & Prosciutto pizza tonight, sadly they use a Fig jam instead of actual figs. Then to make things worse, instead of adding a dollup of the jam on top of a tomato sauce base, they used the jam as the base - making this a terrible dessert instead of dinner. Very disappointed.

Probably the best coffee place in the area great strong coffee it has a relaxed vibe and and great relax feel to drink your coffee to. I try to come at least once a week.

The staff here couldn't be any more apathetic. at least half the time I have to find a manager to get what I want. they're always understaffed in the deli/prepared foods [or the staff is just lazy] good luck finding someone at the coffee bar. registers consistently understaffed. today the butcher wouldn't trim my steak until I found a manager. "we don't trim". excuse me. and they ALWAYS cut the steaks and roasts too big. If I had wanted 4 pounds, I would have said 4 pounds, not 3 pounds.

My wife and I have been coming here for years and used to never have a problem with the butcher shop. With that said the past year the butcher shop has gone down hill so much we would rather buy our steaks elsewhere. Not only is the quality of steaks not so great the person who cuts it has no clue what they're doing. Got a ribeye steak and one side was almost 2inches thick while the other side was about 1/2 an inch. It was impossible to get the med rare I wanted so I just threw the trash meat out. Won't be purchasing meat from here anymore until I see some new butchers.

Ridiculous prices and this place is in need of an overhaul. Building and decor look tired.

I love Whole Foods fresh sandwich ingredients which is the ONLY reason I keep coming back. My experiences with the people at the sandwich station every single time have just been horrible. Why even have a customized sandwich station when the people making the sandwiches are visibly annoyed at your customizations? I literally ask for a turkey and Swiss wrap every single time and it's like pulling teeth to get a few tomatoes and pickles added. God forbid some honey mustard. Takes about 27 minutes a sandwich too. On the positive side there's a very nice lady in the juice bar happy to make a fresh smoothie or the Latte master in the coffee bar (you know who he is ladies ;)) I will be back because it's a convenient location and drive but would appreciate someone more welcoming working in the sandwich station.
