Went by on a Saturday 7:05pm doors were locked. Lights were on. Staff member was cleaning up. Clearly wrong hours posted and wasted my time.

Thanksgiving day meal. Ordered food and was asked, for here or to go? We said for here. We got the food and *only then* were we told that there was no eating in the restaurant that day. The stuffing tasted like it had been thawed from frozen. Totally ruined our Thanksgiving this year. Had to eat in the car.

Ordered a chicken dinner with 2 sides received. Chicken Ceasars salad did not receive. Called the store I was told they didn't have salad. I was charged. No call to tell me my lunch was unavailable I called they said i have to go through doordash for a refund. No apology nothing! They are so disorganized. Horrible customer service!

Tried the rotisserie chicken nuggets...Dry, awful... Chik fil a next plaza over hd fr better nuggets ... wasted value, cold , guy pulls out Dinky little nuggets out of container bin.... Tasted over salted ... avoid til they remove from menu....The side dishes gone downhill at this location...

Pretty bad as far as Boston Market goes. First, they didn’t have most of the items I ordered online and several things were replaced. If something is unavailable, simply mark it as unavailable. Don’t charge the client and tell them afterwards. Second, the food was of poor quality. I tried these awful new “rotisserie nuggets”. They look nothing like the photos in case you were wondering. Just bland little chunks of chicken breast.

Great food but very short on staff. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant really needs to be updated and bathrooms too. They were out of a lot of the sides and meatloaf.
I've tried to get food here three separate occasions. Once on the Boston market app, once on door dash and again today in person.They are woefully understaffed. The owner should be ashamed. Order d through the app and picked up the order. Got completely wrong order when I got home. I should have checked and figured it was a one off.Ordered on door dash a month later. Ended up getting the wrong items again. Ok maybe it's the online order system.Went in person today, one guy seemed confused. He kept asking the only other person on questions about the online order being prepared. After 10 mins I just figured I'd cut my losses asked if they had pot pie or chicken and she said they were all out. So I left.

I ordered my dinner through the app today. When I arrived to pick up my dinner, nothing was ready because they didn’t have turkey , which is what I had ordered with sides. I asked if I could cancel the order, and was told to do it through the app: YOU CANNOT CANCEL AN ORDER THROUGH THE APP!! I then asked why I wasn’t called to inform me of the issue because I KNOW I had to put my phone number in for the order. The women working told me that the phone was out. I asked why didn’t anyone use their cell phone? Because they can’t they said. And THEN I was told this all happened at shift change. Again, not my fault, not my issue, fill my order or give me my money back. If you cannot fill an order, it is on YOU, not me, to fix it, or notify the customer regarding the issue. This store did nothing to make me feel like it was worth going there again, except to get my money back.

Holy crap! I wish I checked yelp before going here but talk about garbage! The chicken was acceptable but that's it! 1:00 in the afternoon and sorry your gonna have to wait for mashed potatoes. Mac n cheese the consistency or soup. No thanks! Just give me one helping on creamed spinach. Girl puts it in two areas in the plate and they double the up charge! Corn bread or fire brick! No difference in the density. I didn't have the time or patience to argue about the upcharge. But believe me they won't get another penny out of me. One star for not necessarily fast but friendly service
