What a horrible experience! The restaurant is dirty, the food inedible and way overpriced. My Tai Spareribs were "off" and tasted funky. My guest ordered pad Thai and it resembled no other pad Thai she's ever had. Bland with a mustard sauce on the side. The service was beyond slow and there was trash beneath our feet. A large spider walk accords the table at one point. How this place gets 4 stars is beyond me.

If you want to be served overly greasy, bland Chinese food and DIRTY WATER then go to China Gourmet. We just went here for the first time. The waitress sat on her phone most of the time with us and one other table at 8:00pm on a Friday night. That should have given us a red flag right away. We left all of our food behind(which was a lot). We asked for a refill of water and when we both my husband and I took a sip we both spit it out. It was so dirty and gross. After looking at the glass you could see how DISGUSTING it was!! How can you serve this to people!? This place was way overpriced! Save your money and go somewhere else. GROSS!

My husband and I really like the food from China Gourmet however the attitude of the staff can be unacceptable. My husband just went in to pick up a take out order. He waited at the counter for a while and no one appeared. He asked the sushi chef if he could help and he responded curtly he couldn't he was too busy doing his own job. We both understand the stress and pressure that restaurant workers have been dealing with but the response could just have easily been that he will try to get someone to help as soon as he had a minute. We have had poor service in the restaurant when we have eaten in in the past. The staff at the front have been busy but never rude like the staff in the restaurant. We will have to consider whether we will continue to order from them in the future. We definitely won't eat in.

The food is ok, but they often forget items. They have a huge delivery fee, then ask if you want to tip on top of it. 40 minute delivery time, and I live across the street. They absolutely are not clear that the delivery fee is so high. Then they ask for more tip for the driver? Who gets that delivery fee? The driver or the restaurant? I believe the fee is $10, and of course anyone would feel bad ripping on top of it. One dish worth ordering is the poke bowl. Be careful, many dishes don't come with rice. They charge extra while other places always include it. I wish they would clarify these points.

One could point out a plethora of minor issues, but I'll address the 2 biggest problems. First and foremost, the service at the bar is horrible. No mixed drink skills combined with ignoring patrons who aren't one of the regulars is bad enough. They can't seem to keep premium liquor is stock (my 3rd visit in last 3 weeks with no Bombay Sapphire gin) and the bartender assumed (wrongly) I would be fine with a different gin in my martini without asking me. Then the olives are crap (pits not removed). Second is the food. Nice presentation, but always along wait, and everything is bland. Even the menu items listed as hot are not the least bit spicy. Save your money.

We have ordered sushi set and put 3 notes that I have allergy to avocado. And guess what? A lot of avocado. It's an allergy friendly place! Shame on you, highly not recommended.

Yeah...I got talked into this place on a drunk stop for food. I'll regret it later tonight for sure. These has to be the grease with that chicken finger place I've ever been to. Yuck. It's a big place and the bar area is setup like a night club with a stage, balcony and even a disco ball dance floor. Very pricey considering the low quality food I purchased. Tasteless rice and the sides like wings, ribs and beef needed some kind of seasoning. Bland filler food. I wouldn't recommend making a special trip to this spot if you are in Framingham. There are much better choices around. Sorry.
Still good food; fresh and tasty! too bad the business is not as good as pre-COVID-19. Prices are up, too.

Order from them if you like to eat cold Chinese food. 5 out of 10 times they miss bringing the sauces in the delivery. You call them for it and it would take at least 1/2 hour to deliver the missing items while you wait to start having your dinner. If you can't pay attention to basic detail such as including the sauces that go with certain dishes, you should not be in business!!

A bit pricey for the amount of food. Love the crab Rangoons. Great customer service informing me of existence of real crab or fish in rangoons. Excellent packaging to separate seafood orders from other order due to allergy.

They don't even deserve one star! I ordered food from here (pad Thai, Mongolian beef and chicken teriyaki) and it was by far the worst food I have ever had!!! Usually if I buy food somewhere and it's mediocre I can at least finish my plate, especially since I already paid for it, but I couldn't even finish my food, 2 bites in and I was done! When I first opened the food I was concerned, but sometimes you look at food and it doesn't look so great, but when you taste it you are shocked it is pretty delicious, nope that didn't happen. It was even worse then it looked :( I can't believe I wasted my money On this. I don't get how they still are in business especially when the food is disgusting, not okay, not bad, just disgusting. They need a new chef ASAP!!!!
