I am very frustrated with my Dunkin experiences lately. I order very simple, straightforward drinks and they always mess it up (with adding way too much sugar and other unnecessary things)

I live 2 minutes from this location and I used to drive out of my way to avoid it because it was horrible. But they have had new management for a while now and its done a complete 180°. This has now become my favorite dunks. The staff are friendly and accommodating, they even remember my name. And every meal/drink comes out wonderfully. My puppy loves it there too.

Totally rude not friendly people working there do not even know how to say hello don't know how to say thank you don't know how to say would you like anything else it's like looking at a mannequin. And cleanliness oh don't come here nope the only time they'll get five stars is if the board of health shows up cuz they'll give him five stars for closing them down. Tables gross floors gross counter gross outdoor tables gross I rather eat inside a gas station.

I will give 5 stars because I love everyone here and they all do a great job. The only complaint I would have is they need a new toaster because every time I get a sandwich it is barely cooked.
Four people working at the speed/productivity of one person at a normal coffee shop. Not sure why but it takes forever to get even basic orders.Coffee is also inconsistent, which is surprising, given that they’re only pressing buttons.

This is the worse Dunkin Donuts location I have ever seen. Quality of coffee is inconsistent. I have had to throw out my coffee on numerous occasions because it was either old, burnt or just tasted awful. In addition, some of the staff can be very rude and will not fix a problem if it has been brought to there attention. I do not understand that after so many years at this location why you cannot get your act together. Awful awful awful. Just yesterday 6/18 I had to thro out my ice coffee and my wife's hot coffee because it tasted so bad. Honey Dew is so much better and they are always pleasant when you go there.

Went there, bought a box of joe and six donuts and the guy running the counter said "f--k, I wish you didn't order that." Super unprofessional! I understand that the place is understaffed — the language just perplexed me though.
