I’ve gone to this Dunkin for awhile now. The old morning staff used to be great. Recently when I go there there’s a new staff (morning specifically) they’re absolutely SO RUDE! Whenever they mess up my coffee (which happens quite often) They give me crazy attitude. I don’t think they know how to be nice. Very Unprofessional.
They had the poster up for $3 sandwich and charged more than $4.50. When asked why not honor the listed price, the rude manager simply said they increased the price. The attitude was just like the costumer owed him.

I went in today, ordered two wake-up wraps, two orders of hash browns, a toasted bagel with cream cheese and two drinks. I got the drinks. After 20 minutes, I was told no wraps were available. During that time, I saw four bagels toasted and going stale on counter. I asked for a refund--nope, only a manager can do that. I asked politely to speak to the manager. none on site. I left, having shelled out $20 for an iced tea and frozen hot chocolate. STEER CLEAR OF THIS STORE. Was also treated to cursing like a sailor from cashier. Not directed at me, but inappropriate in public and reflective of frustration of staff. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION! I was robbed by Dunkin in broad daylight, in front of half a dozen customers.

Lady in the front w dyed hair is always sooooo nice but im super disappointed with the attitude of the other management. Never do my stuff right even when i ask for it well done, and jus throws the bag at me and gives me this nasty "just gtfo" look. So lame.
