Online ordering did not work well. I showed up at time it was supposed to be ready and they hadn't started making it yet. Gave me a discount which was okay but I got a call at 10 minutes of 9:00 saying are you going to come and pick up your pizza. I'd already eaten

I ordered my food for delivery and was told the wait time was 40 minutes my pizza and sub got here 58 minutes almost an hour and they didn’t have change so I had to give my whole 50$ bill to the driver because they didn’t have

They left my pizza and fries outside on porch floor (its cold out ) didnt knock ,of call or ring door bell.when I called they said they did .he lies Food was cold and didnt put extra cheese in pizza.This place is horrible last time I order there. they didn't offer to refund or sorry nothing didn't care..so many people tell me how horrible customer service and good is terrible. They are right .I should have listened.60 I work hard and I get this WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND FOOD

Super friendly staff and great services! They guy at the front is one of the kindest. I took off a star because I like my pizzas a bit more crispy than doughy, but other than that i definitely recommend and will be coming back!

They don't speak English and it's too much hard to make a order. Only speak Spanish and English with very hard accent to understand.
Ordered for delivery directly from the restaurant via Slice. Not a 3rd party service. Food was 90 minutes late from the original delivery time of 30-45 minutes. Took over two hours to deliver 3 subs 1.3 miles. Ordered at 4:40pm and delivered at 6:49.Half of one sub roll was stale and my daughter couldn't eat her turkey sub. Of course being 15 didn't get much of description of what was wrong with it other then "disgusting". It's probably because her cold sub was anything but cold.My Cheeseburger sub tasted as if they cooked the patties yesterday and was Luke warm at best.Our normal go-to was closed for their only vacation of the year. Each sub was $3-4 more then our regular shop.Definitely my last time trying them again.

This place is extremely over priced for the quality of the food. I got a buffalo chicken wrap which consisted of soggy tomatoes, lettuce, and what had seemed like the “chicken” as it was actually small pieces of fried batter. The wrap fell apart in my hands because of how soggy it was from all the blue cheese. I have ordered from here before and they were ok! Not sure what changed. Do not recommend
