They need to be more transparent and train stuff to explain things before ordering . Manager Kevin needs proper training on customer service , verbal skills and sympathy when a guest providing their feedback to the service they have just received.

I brought a group of 35 people here last night and we ALL agreed that this was an amazing experience! The staff was so kind and patient, and we all got our orders so fast. The food was prepared so well and came super quick too, which was lovely and honestly very impressive for such a large group. I would definitely return here!

I went in for breakfast when there was nobody else eating. While there one other person came in and the waitress didn’t come back until I was done eating. Poor service! Good rule to follow as a server is to return to the table within a couple of bites/minutes to check on the customer and see if everything is okay and if they need anything else. I used to be a manager in a restaurant and waited tables myself. Zero excuse for the poor service!

IHOP! I think this place is so great! Service is really nice, place was clean and the food is always good. Highly recommend to order the Pancakes here . The closing time is Midnight everyday better you get there before they close.We can get Large, delicious pancakes: strawberry, blueberry, banana and more. All the traditional breakfast foods as well. The service is excellent. I enjoyed the peach tea too.
