Sat in drive through lane number 1 at the order machine for 10 minutes while multiple cars went through the other side and no one anything to me. Left after. Both lanes were open and there were lines in both lanes. Why would you only attend to one of them.

I ordered 2 coffees and an egg McMuffin. I was asked to park and wait and it’s been over 15 minutes and other people are getting their orders and driving away. It’s always a waiting game at this McDonald’s. And they don’t even acknowledge that you’re sitting here for 15+ mins.
They have made me park and wait more than 10 minutes, for a frappe, sometimes for a happy meal, another time for a hot coffee.

Waited half hour for my drive through order because they gave it to the wrong car and forgot to remake it. They gave me a free sandwich coupon. I used it. They gave me the wrong burger. I returned it. They forgot to remake the right burger. I threw it in the parking lot when I finally got it.

waiting a bit more than usual is understandable in a really busy fast food but 40 minutes is crazy, they completely forgot my order and when I went up to ask about it they not only didn’t apologize but forgot my large fries ?? the bread was stale af, didn’t get the sauce I ordered, the environment was off too, many other people had to wait for their order too.
