I never know where I end up, today I thought I would give this McDonald Location a try. I was traveling in the highway and decided to get some lunch. I stopped here and ordered the number 1 combo. Big Mac, Fries, and a coke. When placing my order the cashier was friendly and Professional when taking my order. I received my order and it was freshly cooked and taste delicious. Give this location a try when traveling along the Massachusetts Highway.

I ordered the Burrito meal, two more hash browns, one large strawberry smoothie. they charged 12 dollars for the meal. and more than 5 dollars for two hash browns .then they charged extra $3.89 money for the smoothie in the meal. they didn’t give me any drink in the meal…..I never pay attention to the price before.This time $22 for just a breakfast shocked me. I kept the receipt this morning, the price in this store is so strange. For the samething from other store only cost less than $10. And what’s wrong with their coffee? Taste like half coffee half water…..I’d rather go to donut or Wendy next time.

If you would like to take your children to McDonald's for Happy Meal but want to speak English to a cashier you need to go to another country because none of the McDonald's on the service areas on the interstates in the entire North East section of the United States are manned by anyone from this country and finding someone that speaks English and can understand "I want a Happy Meal" is almost impossible to find. Better Luck winning the Powerball five times in a row then getting your order right at any service center in the Northeast.

Came to my rescue as an after midnight sandwich. Traveling (flying) all day no food and now had a 2 hour drive.So thankful they were open and service with a smile.

Don't go up to the walk in counter for service, they'll take your order quick then just leave you waiting for ten minutes for a hot chocolate, when they aren't that busy inside at least. Not cool...

Sllllooooowwwww...... was there at like 7 in the evening, 1 of maybe 5 customers there, placed my order, and 4 other people that were behind me, got their orders before I did!! And all I had was a burger and nuggets!! ??

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Online app messed up the location so when I tried to call this place and cancel, no one answered and when someone did they hung up right after I asked. Making us drive almost 45min to get a refund and the order was wrong!! And when corrected they got it wrong again. They have phone numbers and emails to leave feedback but none of them are in service! Don’t waste your time or money

Taking order correctly, giving the burger to the customer and receiving correct amount of money are something they couldn’t.

Got there in the early morning hours of 11/10/22 So you would think there would be no issue with getting food. So first as I am second in line, they shout out no credit only cash. So now I have to get out of line to the the barely working ATM to get some cash. Now I am 4th in line. The I place my order for a sausage biscuit with Egg and cheese and 2 burritos and a bottled water. While I am now waiting for my food another customer comes up complaining about his order so now they are dealing with him. luckily he was Spanish so he could really communicate, however it took him coming up 4 times for them to get HIS order right. while all of that is going on I look at my receipt and it says a Sausage McMuffin with Egg so now I have to try and correct this issue. I tell one woman and she looks at me as if I was the one with the language barrier and hands off the receipt to the woman who took my order. Shes says "I fix its ok" 10 minutes later I get my food. I get in my car and drive off down the highway. I take my breakfast sandwich out of the bag. 1) its barely wrapped. and 2) it looked like this thing was put together by a 2 year old AND it was barely warm! the two buns didnt match up there was melted cheese all over the place, just a mess! Pull it together McDonalds on I-90 Westbound Mass Pike....You are not looking good at ALL!!

They did not have any soda or any ice cream. In addition, the employees were particularly unfriendly and acted as if it was normal not to have aforementioned items and that we were unreasonable for asking for them.
Very very slow and order missing items. Understaffed. Closed the drive-through right before me (temporarily). Extra star beyond one for being open at all

Definitely one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. All employees have bad attitude and the food and drinks were disappointing. You have to make your own iced coffee. McDonald's never disappoints but this one did. Oh well, it is on route so can't be that picky.

Attempted to pay multiple times with my credit card. A young cashier informed me it was declined each time. I thought this was odd so I called my credit card and while I was on hold, told her I would pay in cash. The young cashier told me all she had were pennies. Nothing else. So I tried my debit card. It never asked for my pin number just immediately was "declined" again. At this point a manager came over and asked if I had cash. I told her I did but that I didn't want my change in all pennies. She informed me that they in fact did have more than just pennies in their drawers. I then got through to someone at my credit card company and big surprise, no transaction from McDonald's had ever gone through. My card had never been declined. I have no idea what game the young cashier was playing but she should be reprimanded and her interactions with customers watched closely.

Food was passable. Took three tries for them to get the order right after finally convincing them that it was in fact after breakfast.

Went here early in the morning. Line was long and service was slow. Seemed like there was only one guy working there when we pulled up through the drive through. Only saving grace was the food tasted as expected for McDonald’s.
