Best bagels around. Bagel cutting machine broken now at least 3 weeks….you have one job, people, bagels. Inconvenience for sure.

One of my favorite spots in the area - I love getting a bagel or breakfast sandwich as a weekend treat. I cycle between a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and a toasted bagel with scallion cream cheese (which is to die for), but you honestly can't go wrong with either. They are very generous with the cream cheese. My partner's go-to order is an Uncle Jerry sandwich with pepperjack cheese. We never get sick of the food from here! The bagels are delicious and have the perfect texture. I'm also a huge fan of the iced coffee - you're given coffee ice cubes and a wide array of coffee blends to choose from. There are rotating special flavors that are always very tasty. The staff is always very attentive and speedy. The dining room is always packed and weekends always have a long line at the registers (it does move pretty quickly though). I have had issues a handful of times with online ordering where my order didn't successfully go through. In these cases, I just had to order at the front - more of an inconvenience than anything, and not anything that the staff did wrong. Overall, though, I love NY Bagel Factory and will be making a stop back soon.

i love this place. i LOVE. this place. i bring every friend i know to this place because it's so good, it's like a sacred pilgrimage and all my friends love it too, we are all always like "man i wish we had a bagel right now" and then we realize it is in our power to eat a really good bagel so we do.i think i come here like every other day. one of my favorite bagels ever. i love their cream cheese i love the everything bagels. i really truly love this place so much no critique. everyone there is very kind and i've never had to wait more than like 5 minutes no matter how busy it is. yum. also really good coffee. i wish they did merch so i could wear the merch everywhere. YUM!!!!!!!!!!! just salivating thinking about it

Solid bagels , however there's a couple things from getting 5 stars: 1) the muffins are not great .. the blueberry has some weird artificial coloring in it and the muffin is an overly sweet sugar bomb . Avoid . 2) people are great , but service can sometimes be a bit harried as it feels like they're a man short 3) the dining area is spartan and worn and a bit cold (in the winter). It feels a little like a little love in this area could help I wish I could give 4.5 stars .. because that feels about accurate

Disappointed, and kinda gross. The wrapping of my bagel had stuff all over the outside presumably from the "bench" it was made on or the gloves of the person making/ wrapping it. Just makes me question the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and workers. The food was ok, portion was good, bagel had a weird bumpy texture to it. On the plus side the bagel didnt have an undertone of cinnamon raisin that I often find gets transferred in cooking and toasting.

This is my go-to bagel spot! I love that they have whole wheat everything bagels and they put the everything seasoning on both sides. Bagels are large and leave you feeling very satisfied and happy after! The homemade cream cheeses, especially the jalepeno one, are super tasty. Very friendly counter service every time too.
My breakfast bagel sandwich was delicious. I got ham, egg and cheese (swiss). The sandwich was also really big. The person taking my order and helping me was very attentive to my food allergy, which was comforting.I'll definitely return to try other things!

The search is over !!! For years I have been searching for Bengals to match the bengals from many trips to visit my grandparents in LI NY, it’s been a journey and I think I have finally found it - the Bengals have a great balance of a hard exterior and a chewy middle - and they are puffy. - Perfect Perfect Perfect Well done :)

They have the best iced coffee around— with the coffee ice cubes instead of regular ice that will water down your drink.

Average bagels and terrible service. We placed an order a day before and paid by credit card (with tip). The bagels were already in a bag when we picked them up. When we opened the bag at home, we realized that the bagels were different from the ones we had ordered and one bagel was missing. When we called, they offered no apology. They just said they had run out of certain bagels and fulfilled the order with whatever was left. They obviously didn’t think they should at the very least let us know ahead of time and give us a chance to change or cancel the order.
