It was $5.00 for a butter croissant ?but besides that I always get a Carmel Ribbon Crunch with extra crunch and crunch on the bottom of the cup. This has been my drink for over 4 years. I don't get anything else. I wish starbucks sold those crunches ????

This store is at rest stop on MA Pike. Many people know about it, drive thru is very slow and can get backed up. Staff is pleasant, order is always right.

I’m a truck driver, stopped by to get a coffee and walked up to the window to ask if I can order, I was rudely yelled at and basically kicked out. Then I walked up to an ordering car and asked if I can pay them to order a coffee, this person said yes but after Starbucks employee heard me talking to him they refused to serve me. Seriously!? People like them should not work here. Period

I would give this zero stars if I could. Pulled up at 4:45 on a Sunday and Drive Through kiosk says "not taking orders we are closed" yet close time per store hours is 5pm.

OK! This Starbucks needs to practice better customer service. No car no coffee!! Why. Too lazy?? To all you truckers. Dont deliver to them. Maybe then they will open their window to the people who really matter to keep their doors open. Rude! poor attitudes! Inconsiderate!! My advice go to Dunkin at least you can get a coffee with a smile!!Robin D

Service was quick and the young man at the window was extremely polite. Got food and it was warm and good and the drinks are on par. Expensive, but it is a service plaza which is expected.
