This is by far the worst subway location, this location should close up or at least relocated to another ownership.There’s this one staff who loves to play the guessing game. When I would come down to order rather than asking “what bread?” He goes “Atrisan Italian is good” and takes it then after protein and toasts he grabs a handful of lettuce? When I never had the chance to say what I want. I had to tell him “no I don’t want lettuce I didn’t say lettuce I want spinach”I’ve worked in a food industry and this guy is older than me man, if you hate working there then quit or give the establishment to some other owner/area in Framingham.My feedback? Start with “Hello what bread would you like” as the other locations follow

Ordered a sandwich, went home to eat it, unraveled the paper wrapping, and underneath the sandwich was one of their knives. I tried calling 3 times to simply have the situation resolved and return the knife, first time I tried calling, I was hung up on. Second time, a man answered, I explained the situation briefly, and was offered no reply. He likely had stepped away from the phone due to the distant conversation I could hear him having with a presumed customer. I waited, then decided I’d just recall. The third time, I was hung up one once again. Food here is good, I have dined here countless times, though this experience left me extremely disappointed in their customer service, and health and safety.

There was absolutely no salads what subway doesn’t sell salads they said they can make a sandwich to a salad but they don’t have bowls no no no thank you ! Subway please DO

Horrible service of the staff at this location just wants to argue and debate any personalizations from the customer when they apply any of the vegetable toppings some that I believe have gone out of date they are very withholding everything to the bare minimum I honestly believe they count the spinach leaves here I placed an online order with all the specific increments. They just ignore it. if you notice in the photo, I specifically asked for more cucumbers I got four I asked for less banana peppers and I got so many I asked for less peppers. I got so many I asked for less oil you really can't see it, but this thing is oily.

I just did a pickup to order and my sandwich and husbands sandwich were not toasted. I only got a small half a tomato on my sandwich and no cheese. Honestly not impressed. Will not order subway here again.
Bread was fresh. Woman behind the counter was friend and attentive.

Smells good pictures are nice looking it's inThe Same Indian store. Doesn't follow guidelines OF SUBWAY More sauce than meat balls bread was heated up to soften the dough. I have eaten in many SUBWAYSNothing like that and specials they're notFollowing you need to Ask about them. Needs help with a face lift. Honestly on myFamily.
