The restaurant was dead. My soup was like warm, the hostess helped more than my server. She was in plain view sitting at a table on her phone. She came over 3 times out of the entire time. The food was okay, service was awful. Probably won’t be returning

What poor service. It was just before 9pm. My kids and I waited for 30 min for our drink oder to be taken. Sat at a filthy table. The bartender came over affer she was done gossiping to her regular customers.. Forgot my order 25 minutes after taking it.How no idea. She typed iIt in at the table. Not like me with over 35 years experience in restaurants who doesn't. Then Karma hit when a totally empty restaurant turned into 8 more 2 tops and a party of 10+. Never again will I come here

Went to order a pizza walked in talked to a young lady told her I wanted whatever the square pizza. thats the style I wanted confirmed it with her 4 times. Then i go in to pick up my pizza and it was the round deep dish pizza not what I wanted. Come one your employees can't even place an order for the correct style of pizza after she confirmed with me 4 time. It's like your employees don't even know the menu. It's shameful I will not be going to this unos again.

The waitress's behavior was appalling; she overacted to every situation and was consistently rude in her interactions. What's worse, she was wearing a hoodie instead of adhering to any dress code, which further detracted from the professionalism of the establishment. It baffles me how someone with such poor behavior and attire was hired in the first place. Overall, I would strongly advise against dining here due to the incredibly disrespectful service. Im talking about dine -in area women not bar counter woman

Is this some kind of joke? I paid almost 24 dollars for "salmon " en they gave me this small is too big for this piece "tiny" salmon?? Poor place poor food please avoid this

UNO’s Framingham: haven’t been to this restaurant in a year so we decided to go as our last experience was good. We arrived around 8:30pm. Tables were cluttered with dishes and food remains. No one met us or seated us, so we found a table and sat near the bar. Three young waitresses, bartender and supposed manager were huddled at the other end of the bar chatting, laughing and carrying on. We waited 15 minutes with no service. No si much as a “Hi, we’ll be right there” (nothing). The restaurant wasn’t very busy maybe 3 other tables. I addressed my concern to the guy identified as a manager. He said that I was being unreasonable and that we had just sat down (not true). He was rude and abrupt. I think he was trying to empress the waitresses. We left disappointed at what used to be a decent place. Went to another establishment for late dinner. Customer service should come first over employee socialization.

We decided to try this pizza place because pizza is my favorite food. The waitresses are young and hung out together in the back room. Some eating and others on their phones. We got our pizza. Half pepperoni and half pepperoni and hamburger. After eating a couple of slices I noticed that their was paper/plastic stuck on the hamburger on one piece. We told waiter and she offered a free dessert. She had no idea what to do. Probably telling her manager would of been the appropriate thing to do and we shouldn't of had to pay for our pizza.

The server was not welcoming at all they brought hour food for me and my date I give it 5/10 for the quality of the food but the most important thing that really got my attention is I’m in the middle of conversation with my girlfriend and with out me asking for the check and she said have a great day and the picked up the food before we were even done so it’s a really bad service and I wish you guys fixed this problem
The store charges the customers a mandatory transaction fee for using a credit card. This is not acceptable to take advantage of the customer.

Our server did a great job and was attentive. As an Uno's Insider we had a free appetizer and ordered the chicken bites which a tasty and large portion. We got the rib eye and rib eye with shrimp. The steaks were very good and portions were large enough for 2 meals. For an up charge, I got the Caesar salad which was very good.
