Took my mother here for lunch during a week day out. We didn't have a good experience. The setting is fine, a sports pub/tavern with nice local sports décor in a plaza with plenty of parking. Upon entering, we waited 10+ minutes to be seated (in a basically empty though very understaffed restaurant). They were very understaffed and the one server we saw had some kind of an illness and most likely shouldn't have been working that day. I get that it's hard to find help and it's hard to get days off - but that said, what followed was not ideal. The server came over, took the order, and then brought out the food a good bit later coughing and sneezing throughout. Nothing was cooked to order, which we ignored and just ate what we could. However, I asked for a second soda and the server sneezed directly in the glass in sight of the table, and put it down and walked away. At that point, we paid and left. Not a good experience, and not one we'll ever repeat.

Michelle is the best at doing it all! Greeting guests, helping out at the bar, food, drinks etc.Allie is our favorite bartender who is on top of her game, friendly, prompt, courteous and very professional. Everyone there goes out of their way to make sure all the patrons are happy.We never have to wait! Friendly atmosphere

I love this place. I go for their gluten free whole clams and onion rings. They are delicious service has always been fast and and very polite. They were sweet to my great niece who is 2. My sister loves their ribs. My great niece cleaned her Mac n cheese place. Thank you for making so many gluten free options for me.

Tried several times since opening, pretty much disappointed every time. Kiss of death must be when the reader board sign out front said "line cook wanted". Same thing just before the prior restaurant went out of business. Last time, ordered a turkey club with white toast and this is what came out, barely warm white bread. Enjoy having a restaurant very close to home, but there are many other good options.

My friend and I stopped in today at 3:45...No hostess so we seated ourselves...no bartender no waitress...sat for 10 minutes...nothing. I called to ask if they were open..the girl said "yup"... so I said...well, we were just in there and no one ever acknowledged us...she said ",yup" I doubt we will try
Another update. Me and the family went to Chili's in Bellingham. The waitress was very helpful in regards to the allergy problems that we have. It was like night and day compared to Box Seats in Franklin. This individual was very helpful not like Box Seats.

The worst experience of my life in any Resturant. my girlfriend little brother order kids gluten free tenders and steak fries. And my girlfriend ordered club sandwich no cheese and honey mustard instead of mayo. The sever brought back kids meal nothing on it gluten free. And her club sandwich had cheese after she bitten into it and ran to the bathroom.Then our sever had the nerve to say well no one wanted our services. And we don’t tip at the bar. And had a difficult time trying to get the owner number and name because our sever won’t give it to us and we gave our number and name and she said she the owner daughter. I’m am shock that someone had the nerve to poison my family because something that is not true. We never sat the bar and alway tip. I will try to reach out the owner. I gave our number but I’m stunned there people would do that nasty . If anyone has allergies I would double check your food here!! You never know.Friday no respond from owner day 1

This place is a little on the small side, but has very good food. Nearly everything is gluten-free or can be made that way. Try the Cajun chicken pasta with Alfredo sauce. It's delicious!
