There’s a girl at the window today, April 19th around 11:30-40am that was taking my order.She had a major attitude the entire time. Just fire her. She obviously hates her job and wants to make everyone around her miserable.She very clearly can’t handle the pressure of the rush and should probably look for another job if she’s going to be that much of a jerk about the experience.First few impressions I let go but as I kept talking to her it’s very clear she had zero respect for the person she was talking to and I can’t stand when people like her get a job that requires to talk to people.No one cares that you’re tired, stressed, or irritated because of the last few customers.I didn’t show up to the speaker with an attitude because I know what it means to respect the people that are making your food.I also use to work for Dunkin’ donuts and they put me on the window because I had a way of getting extra tips.So whether this is a branch or corporate location, she’s making you look HORRIBLE.Hopefully she’s not a supervisor.. but I also wonder if there’s a supervisor there just letting her talk however she wants. Crazy, unnecessary experience today.I hope she loses her job.

I'm not the kind of person who writes these kind of things, unless I have a good enough reason. The ineptitude of the employees working at this particular Dunkin franchise has me baffled and concerned enough to warn anyone reading this review: go to a different Dunkin! Each of the last 3 times I bought food/drinks here, the order was incorrect, whether it was due to items being swapped out for items of lesser value, or items completely missing. My advice: go to a Dunkin that actually hires adult employees. I've only ever seen high school kids working at this one, and it shows...

This location is great the man and woman early in the morning know my order and have my order ready. They are always very social with me and my wife I don’t really know who the negative comments are about. The two early morning people working are surely the managers we have never had any issues in all of these years

This is no longer a coffee shop... it is now a pick-up location ONLY! There is a drive-through and a VERY small inside counter designed primarily for mobile order pick-ups. I did not know this. I went inside and was shocked at what the place has become. It was difficult to even get the attention of an employee to take my coffee order.

I hope the blonde manager with the visor at this location gets fired she is nasty toxic in front of guests and an absolute monster to her employees i actually got second hand embarrassment while waiting for my order.

The manager, a blonde woman with curly hair, was extremely rude to my wife, and then We ordered food online and she made my wife pay AGAIN for the sandwich because she was too busy to look for our order number when we went to pick it up. She also was yelling at all her employees, who were very nice, even while being yelled at by this demon. I felt really bad for them, they were respectful and listened to every word their evil manager said and Then the manager fired someone very loudly in front of everybody! Horrible horrible horrible person, how is she still employed by Dunkin???? Get her out

Probably won't come back. The woman who took our order through the drive through was openly rude and aggressive when I asked to change part of one of our coffee orders, and I could hear her speaking very rudely to other staff. Griffin at the window was the best part of this visit. He was very polite despite how rude and crotchety the other woman was being.

Lady in the drivethru was specifically rude to me. Saw her, being nice to the car in front of me, pulled up to the window, and wasn't given my change, then was glared at. Wont come back. Maybe make it less obvious you dont like people for how they look next time? Im sure everyone would appreciate it.

I read some of these reviews and some I believe are grotesquely made up. The blonde lady there is always in great mood and is always working hard. You people need to remember the turn over in some of these places before passing judgement maybe if there’s an issue you should personally address it instead of bashing on sites. But that’s the new way in this world. You’re offended first then you turn to bashing. Great job in that location as usual
