Five Guys has been a great overall option for casual dining. The food is delicious for what it is (a step above McDonalds and Wendys). The fries and meat are sourced in the US, and the potatoes have a history posted.I consider Chipotle, Panera, and D'Angelo's to be competitors. Depending on the mood and budget, all four of these options are far better than "Fast Food." The price point is about 20% higher than fast food, but you have much healthier options.

I haven't been to a 5 guys since they first opened in the area, and I remember them being a lot better when they first started popping up around here. Went again recently and the burger was one of the most bland tasting things I've ever had. They made Burger King look good... The fries were decent but not great. The bun was a soppy mess too. If you're looking for a "quick" tasteless burger this is the place to go. And despite there being only one other customer it took close to 20 minutes for my order to come out.

I called Five Guys with my order and the manager said I needed to use the app. I made my order via the app and asked for a delivering between 2:00-2:30pm. By 2:45pm that order had not arrived.When I called the store the manager said that someone else came and picked it up. But I know for a fact no one did and I had the order number which was given to no one else. The manager said that I could have the food if I came to pick it up.I came to pick it up but I had already been charged a service charge, delivery fee and a tip.When I complained to the manager, he said that food was delivered to the wrong address which was a change in the original explanation.Additionally I had ordered 15 cheeseburgers. When I got home not one burger had any cheese on it even though it was what I was charged for.My order was eventually refunded.

Mike made it a great experience. I went Sunday at 9 PM and Mike took care of me with a great Birger and fries.He was very hospitable, gave great customer service and a fantastic experience. not to mention great food!I eat at Five Guys a lot, and this is one of the better experiences I've had, thanks Mike!
Not sure if I just caught a bad night.. not super busy when I ordered at 640 on a Sunday, but some of the staff disappeared and left just 2 workers in the restaurant.35 minutes for a couple of cold burnt burgers with warm undercooked fries was not what u expect from five guys.Scott
