We wanted to try the new Franklin House of Pizza because we were hoping it was like the old one with good quality pizzas and subs! Also I can walk to their location from my house! Well we also tried their on- line order system and ordered a half pineapple half plain pizza large to go and it went through on my sons charge as correctly done. When he went to pick it up, he got a cheese calzone large which we never would have ordered! Yuk! When we called the person at the register, she yelled at my son telling him that's what he ordered and nothing was wrong with the system. They made it right, pizza was mediocre and won't go back because of the way we were treated! What ever you do don't order on line. It doesn't work properly and they will blame you for a wrong order.

Well I was excited that they reopened. I went to them today for a turkey sub. It wasn't cheap but that's not the issue. They skimped on the turkey for sure. Maybe 2 slices if that per side. I was going to return it but I was hungry. I want to support small business but they just reopened and they are skimping on the subs? I'm not a fan of Jersey Mikes but they load their subs for maybe a dollar more. I hope they rethink how they do business. Ona side note the counter person was friendly.

Not sure if I’ll go back. Ordered a pizza, teriyaki wing app, and a veal parm sub. Pizza was good. Veal parm was lame and I asked for lettuce which they did not give me. The teriyaki wings were just plain wings with a thing of sauce which is not worth the 13$. Plus some of the wings were the size of my pinky they’re crazy small. There are better Italian options in Franklin for sure.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza well done on the bottom. They did just what I had asked for! The reason for 4 stars is that I also ordered a baklava, not at all impressed. It had no taste what so ever. I don't think you should buy that here for a dessert.I went on their website to order these items. I got a pop-up message saying I had to purchase $20.00 worth because of where I live. SMH. I live down the street! So I called and ordered my food, she didn't say anything about it. I just paid under 20.Their food is really GOOD. They are cheaper than Franklin Pizza and Deli.I ordered a club sandwich from both places..this is the best place and it tasted a whole lot better and it cost me $6.00 cheaper.Not every place is jacking up prices here they haven't, but Franklin Pizza and Deli has by alot!

Unique pizza but it’s fantastic. Clean like your grandmas kitchen clean ! Nice people great service . Had to check it out cause I live in Providence and people were raving about it . It’s out way for me but was they were right . Got a sub to it was perfect. I’m definitely going back not as much I would like cause of the distance . But I’ll be looking forward to it .

Have eaten at FHOP many many times, years, food is always really good, portions are huge. People who work there are very very nice. The girl at the register, Jen, is a sweetheart, always goes above and beyond to be pleasant. The owners are very good and sweet people and the skinny tall guy who cooks can even be pleasant. So all in all this restaurant is on my top pick eateries. Keep up the good work FHOP!

Ran out of an ingredient that every Italian restaurant should have in ample abundance and cancelled my online order without a word. I lost an hour and my appetite trying to straighten it out. This was the owner too, refusing to make the rest of the order, which he was perfectly capable of making, out of pure spite. Needs new management badly, and maybe someone who actually takes inventory? To clarify the place was empty to two people showed up the whole time I was there, no reason they should have run out of anything.

So I got off of 495 looking for the Papa Gino's that was on a sign on the highway, I miss it, end up driving by this place and decide to spend my dollars at a local place instead. I ordered the Chicken Salad despite my recent attempt at eating further down the food chain. It took nearly 15 minutes, but at least I know I wasn't going to get sick from under cooked Chicken!!! It was a fairly large order and even with my massive appetite I had to leave a tiny bit left over. Flavor was ok and the Greens were decent. I will now try not to go to the fortune five hundred chain stores, realized that sometimes have to spend my dollars a little more carefully...
