Honey Dew is great. It's been there the entire time I've been alive and here in North Attleboro. The people are always kind and the donuts are always delicious. Coffee is great, so many options. And there is always a table of old folks chatting it up at their favorite table inside.
Honey dew donuts are not the choice place for fresh anything! Donuts are frozen and day old and the coffee isn't changed often. Management in Franklin locations suck and not welcoming ! Ambiance is not where you would bring kids or family!

Waited at drive thru to put my order in but nobody greeted me. I said hello but no answer. Pulled up and was told you didnt put your order in at the speaker by employee who said she was the manager. I told her that nobody responded to me at the speaker. She then asked me why I was being rude? She also told me they were busy and I explained that since they had their headsets on, they could have greeted me and told me that theyd be with me soon. She was telling me I wasnt right and she would not give me her managers number. There was a number on the window that I could call but numbers were missing since they were stickers and clearly some were peeled off. She told me to take a picture of it or ****** the number because she had other customers. I did ****** it and I called to file a complaint 2-3 times but I kept getting a voicemail. I left one and nobody called me back. This was truly one of the worst and disrespectful experiences Ive had with customer service. She had nothing on stating what her name was but I do know she claimed she was the manager and she had what sounded like a South America accent. This happened on 11/30/2023 at 9:30am. And I wont be back, ever.

All the staff members here are crazy bipolar old mid life crisis drug addicts all on the fentanyl and meth barley scraping by in Franklin very rude staff members the lady serving me with black hair I don't recall her name was nodding off at the counter on something as she was taking me order kinda made me uncomfortable

Your average coffee and doughnut shop. Easy in and out and the lady behind the counter was pleasant. I was hoping my steak and egg breakfast sandwich was going to be phenomenal but it was just ordinary. The place is very clean with a few tables to sit and enjoy your coffee and biscuits and do a little people watching.

I ordered a couple of smoothies to go from here on a hot day and they were very refreshing. The coffee smoothie tasted like French vanilla which I don't personally like but someone else in my family was able to finish it. The blue raspberry lemonade flavored smoothie was much better.

Literally perfect. The high quality of their service and products kept me coming back so often, I go just about every day now. Most of the people on the morning shift know my order which I just think is lovely :) Perfect example of the local advantage at work!
