Stopped in with a family of five. Service was super nice. Food was delicious. The kids are more chicken fingers than I've ever seen in my life. Price for the food was good too. Definitely going back.

Growing up I never liked Mac & Cheese until my husband and I came across mac city. Now we made a tradition that every time I get an oil change done in Franklin, it is a requirement to get a meal from Mac City.Good luck trying to take a picture of the masterpiece. Its delicious ? and nearly impossible not to devour your food within 10 minutes.

Incredible food, even better service! I usually get the Steak 'N Cheese mac and it's unbelievable. I've had other items there and have not been disappointed. The owners and everyone who works there are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied with your food. I try to make it there once a week and look forward to it every time.

I’m a Door Dash driver the owner made an extra order for a customer. They asked if I would like it…. Best decision I made all month !!!! It was a “small” (enough for 2) CBR (chicken bacon ranch) it was no doubt the best Mac I have ever eaten I will be back soon. Staff is super friendly, store is always spotless clean, huge menu. YES PLEASE !!!!!!

It was my first time visiting. I had the buffalo Mac and the samosa. Their Mac and cheese is top notch and I really liked the buffalo Mac. The buffalo flavor really came out in the chicken. The samosas were good, better than some Indian restaurants I thought but not the best I've ever had. I would get them again though. It really is an interesting menu. Mac and cheese and then some Indian dishes blended in. I highly recommend this place if you are a fan of Mac and cheese!

I went with my husband 50 minutes before they were set to close to get two mac and cheeses and were turned away and told they weren’t making any more Mac and cheese or taking any more orders because they had a large one to fill. We would have to leave. Another time a few weeks ago we called to place an order and we’re told they were out of Mac and cheese! The ONE time out of five we have been able to go the food was okay but lacking in meat and the fillings so the price point seemed off.

breaded chicken tenders were delicious, crispy but the chicken was moist and tender. I got the small original Mac and there is plenty left for lunch tomorrow. Very cheesy and yummy. My husband really enjoyed his Buffalo Mac and was determined to finish in one sitting but also has some leftover for lunch tomorrow.
Great food and the staff is lovely. I will be coming back within the next month! The prices are also not bad at all and the portions are great size.

They have a wide selection of Mac & Cheese. I have had the BBQ and Nashville Hot Chicken Mac both very good. I recommend ordering to pick up. They have different sizes and a couple of options. First is ready to eat and second you can order to bring home and heat up later to eat.They used to have Mac wraps which were amazing. Please bring them back!
