Robbie the GM is the Man! Came in last minute with a large order/need to feed some students on the fly. He stepped up and worked with us to make sure all of our kids got fed and kept us on budget.The food was fresh, hot and delicious. No left overs for sure.I will be returning and bringing all my student feeding needs to this location for sure.

The Papa Gino's in our area have all closed so when we visit our son in Franklin, we always visit the PG there. They have the best meatballs!! I ordered a sub to go and with their rewards program, you get a free small cheese pizza free on your birthday! So I collected on that! We ate our order when we got home and everything was great. The pizza was not greasy at all and the sub did not fail to please.We'll go back again for sure. Service was great too.Atmosphere- well it's not there, but we were there for the food!Parking: Park in front of the store.

Being from New Haven, I am very skeptical of pizza outside of the Elm City, especially a chain brand. Cheese has always been my go-to although I wanted to spice things up this time at Papa-Gino's. Tyler was very helpful in customizing a pizza for myself based on what I told him my taste-buds are. We went with a cheese pizza with pineapple and ham which was delicious and helped my craving a few hours before a long flight. Thank you to Tyler and Papa-Gino's of Franklin for a great experience!!

This Papa Ginos has the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. Dom the cashier is an excellent employee, and any fast food establishment would be lucky to have him. He is very personable and helped us with everything we needed. This was by far the best Papa Ginos experience I have ever had.

When I placed the order it showed. 45 minute delivery eta it was actually 1 hour and 15 minute deliver. The order was incomplete. Had to call to get a credit for the missing items. Food was stone cold probably from the excessive delivery time. But the biggest frustration was with the Buffalo wings. Instead of being tossed in sauce as the menu promises. The plain wings were placed in the box and an excess amount of sauce just poured on top. There was so much sauce not only was the paper liner saturated but also the bottom of the box to the point that it leaded through onto the top of the pizza box beneath it. There was so much sauce that there was still a substantial pool of sauce that was still leaking out of the box. I understand that staffing is challenging and Friday nights are busy. I just want to receive the same level of service you promise on your website and I paid for. If customers had the option to pay what they felt the quality and service provided was worth, I think you would realize how bad the service was this particular night. I would have left this feedback on the survey they sent except it doesn't allow you to respond after delivery. Bottom line, short staffing should not be an excuse to both provide less service, lower quality while increasing prices
