I ordered on a Sunday night because that's really the only thing open. This food was by far one of the nastiest food experiences I've ever had. I ordered two bean and cheese burritos but what I got was two burritos with old nasty dried out beans no cheese no red sauce. That was the first time I ate taco bell in about 7 years and I will not be returning. Don't eat here.

Came down here in the middle of the night for a late night snack. The food was fresh they did give me a hard taco by accident, but I checked my bag before I pulled off from the window and they immediately gave me the rest of my correct order.

I ordered online. Drove there and was told their system was down. My order was on screen after two minutes. Then they said they didn't have product. I asked which, they said any of it. They couldn't make the order. Could hear staff laughing and complaining in background. I asked for a refund with customer service and got a 5 dollar coupon but no refund. I still haven't gotten a refund over a week later.Sounds like they can only get high school employees with a shift lead who doesn't want to do any work. Last time I'll ever go there.

Usually my orders are okay since I switched to making them all online. But it wasn’t even busy when I pulled through to pick up today and I paid $6 for one of the grilled cheese burritos but instead someone just threw in a value menu chipotle chicken burrito, which probably was someone else’s order so i feel bad if they get the wrong order too. I’m not super angry but just disappointed because I did pay more. Guess I should’ve checked my bag and completely unwrapped it the one entire time I didn’t check.
