Franklin Wendy's is so much better than Norwood and Stoughton burgers are juicy and etable but not at Norwood and Stoughton there burgers are very dry not edible don't waste your money!

Very disappointed with this branch. Ordered dinner for the family and received a VERY undercooked chicken sandwich (see picture below). We took apart the sandwich after my daughter said something was wrong with it to find that most of the chicken was uncooked! This is the most recent of a handful of issues that have led to us avoiding this branch most of the time.This has sealed the deal - there's no way we're eating here again.This branch needs to make substantial improvements with their take-out and pick-up orders.

While traveling, we accidentally placed an order at the wrong location through the Wendy's app. The manager, Joel, was incredibly kind in helping us out.
Tried the $3 breakfast combo with a potatoes and the sausage biscuit, but it lacked flavor. It needs cheese.

My food is usually pretty good. I’ve had a couple of instances over the years where it absolutely sucked but 9 times out of 10 the food is nice and fresh, even at 10pm. Glad to see they fixed that nasty pothole in the drive thru from a few years ago but it looks like it might be starting to come back.
