Great service. June and the other lady ( was unable to get name of the other lady) there was super sweet and really polite. I would like to ask Dunkin to give them an award for customer service to the two ladies on the shift. I am writing this review right after the visit so you can check the person on the shifts. They accomodated all our request.

Great service, atmosphere and my son always loves coming to this location. Coffee and food are always delicious and hot. Plus I was greeted with kindness.Always a pleasant experience.Our bagel with cream cheese and donut were delicious. Don't forget the steaming hot coffee.

I stopped here to get some donuts for my grandchildren. I am not from this area. A young man, whose last name is McCoombs, waited on me. I did not get his first name. We had a very friendly conversation and discovered that he had connections to my hometown. He was so very pleasant and polite....Such a wonderful asset to your shop! Thank you for such great service!

Ordering a plain bagel with the cream cheese on the side doesn't mean NO CREAM CHEESE. Found that out when I got home. Why is there almost always a problem with my orders?

The people working here were fantastic and my breakfast was delicious. This was my first time coming here and now it will probably be my go to.
I take my son here constantly. He loves going in and ordering his food. It has completely gone downhill the past few months.Lately there has been a guy constantly "loitering" outside. He gets a drink and sits at the picnic table and smokes cigarettes for way longer than he should. I really don't want to breathe cigarette smoke while I take my 3 year old in.The food/coffee quality has definitely lowered as well. Amazing that a manger hasn't caught on by now. I'll find another place to go.

I typically don't write negative reviews but this place has gone down hill since one of the managers left months ago. Super long wait times at drive thru and coffees constantly messed up. Hope they can improve.
