I raised it a star cause last time I went the food was prepared much better and although our waitress could tell I was far from impressed, she went above and beyond to make my trip there as enjoyable as it could be amd she did a great job. That situation strongly reminded me how it's not the servers fault on poor food quality and my dissatisfaction should not be taken out on them.

Just got big beef bacon cheeseburger on sour dough bread and some fribbles. So good. They make the best burgers and their fribbles are so thick. I got my mother and daughter one and they loved them. We just moved from South Barre and it's such a privilege to be able to order and receive such good food. We def will order from them again.

I was rather disappointed by our experience here. We come from Florida and we had a Friendly's on international drive and It was our favorite place to visit and get ice cream. Now that we've moved here, we decided to try this one out. It's always busy, so we incorrectly assumed it would be a great visit. It cost almost 90 dollars for 4 people, including dessert for 1. The orders were incorrect on many things. The extras we ordered and paid for for our food weren't put on our food. Also, when one of us got something different than what they wanted, we were met with a "well, that's what you said you said you wanted." (It wasn't what they said they wanted) Instead of how can I fix this.
