We often order take out from Sawa at our work place. Today it was just not as fresh as it usually is. I ordered the General Tso's chicken with spring roll and white rice. The spring roll was very soggy and chewy yet the ends were like bricks. Like it has been nuked. The General Tso's was all stuck together and the sauce was like jelly, not sauce. Will think twice before ordering here again.Parking: Very easy access.
Have gone here for years ... food is always good .. service is hit or miss but 2 of my BIGGEST complaints are 1. They charge you a credit card fee which is ILLEGAL in MA but they get away with it & 2. Now as of FEB 2024 when you order a plate of food you have to order a side of RICE SOLD SEPARATELY! WTH! This will be my last day spending any money there. At this point it's the petty ass ness of this place! Enjoy my last $40 bucks on 2 dinners plates with 2 sides of white rice...read full review

Prices going up exponentially and now dishes that came with rice are a $2.50 upcharge..yup, white rice!!And for the last time...STOP DILUTING THE SUSHI SOY SAUCE!!!still love the place but alcohol and food prices have dialed back our frequency of visits
