We noticed a change in food and service quality for the better recently!! The manager Jose was wonderful and the food has been better than ever! We love the ambiance of this location for a nice date night or bringing the kids and having authentic wood burning oven style pizza! Coming from North Andover and will be returning.

VERY disappointed with the rude and unprofessional service I received from the general manager when trying to book a party in the bowling space. This was historically a warm and fun establishment for our family, but Jose Grateraux (general manager) has very poor customer service skills, including citing policies that do not seem to be documented anywhere and treating customers rudely. We will not return to Flatbreads for dinner or bowling because of Mr. Grateraux. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere (we found the staff at Wamesit to be much more professional, accommodating, and kind) for your party needs!!

The past few times we've been here the place has been empty and the pizza hasn't been good. It's like they hired cooks who aren't trained to make the food. Did the experienced staff quit en masse? Even though it was dead, our vegan pizza took 40 minutes to get and it was overcooked and dry as a bone and our very nice waiter said "nibble on this and we'll make you another one and it will take about 20 minutes ". On both pies, the balsamic drizzle was overpowering and it just wasn't good. We also got a chicken pizza with Mexican flavors that was so dry and tasteless it was inedible. They ran out of their sour cream drizzle for it so it was even worse! On another pizza we got, the caramelized onions were tasteless and the sausage was almost nonexistent. The management is failing this restaurant and I don't see how it will stay open when nobody is eating here anymore. The only bright spot is the wait staff are nice. But the pizza cooks don't have a clue what they are doing.

There was no disclosure or anything written anywhere that you couldn’t bring your own balls. We heard this general manager is new to this place and it really really shows. You do not speak to customers that way at all!!! I don’t care if this general manager is stressed over the lanes or not, so unprofessional!!! We were thoroughly disgusted how we were treated there!

So bummed out about this place. It used to be a go-to for us. The last two times we have been there, they made our pizzas wrong and had to remake them (after we had already waited an insane amount of time for them to arrive at our table.) Last night they forgot to put chicken on a CHICKEN pizza (?!), then when they brought us the correct one, I bit into a 1" chunk of a wishbone (I wish I had taken a picture to post here). Also we ordered a salad to eat while we were waiting, and it showed up after the pizza did, which was bizarre, annoying, and pointless. Like other reviewers on here, we live in town less than a mile away so it's very disappointing that this place that used to be very convenient and very high quality is now, as someone else put it, a "dumpster fire." Won't be returning. Hope they get their act together.

Absolutely the best flatbread or pizza! They have a massive wood fired oven, and a large prep area for flipping the dough and adding the cheeses and ingredients. There were at least 7 people in the kitchen area, and as many or more in the bar area and food service. But the food! Perfectly done, wood fired, excellent crust! This is in the Black Swan Country Club, so parking is easy and accessible.

My family and I were in the restaurant one evening last week when this man in the kitchen area who I'm assuming was the manager was screaming at this young girl in front of the entire restaurant. She was clearly upset. I'm sure she was very embarrassed and it was very upsetting for us to watch the embarrassment and disrespect from a manager towards this young lady. This is not an acceptable way to treat your employees, nevermind a young lady. Especially in front of customers! Needless to say, we won't be back. Awful experience. We were coming to enjoy this restaurant which used to have some class and now has the appearance of low class fast food pizza, instead of a decent pizza restaurant inside a country club.

My wife had the pepperoni and mushroom and really enjoyed it. I had the Free Form Salad with got cheese and pulled pork. It may seem like a weird combination, but they were both nice add-ons to the base salad. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back.Side note: organizations can do fundraising on Tuesdays. We were there on a Tuesday to support a local non-profit.
