“For those of us who have moved away, Woodman's sits atop our "wish we never left" list. Every time we return, we go to Woodman's. The only change is price - the food is happily the same. There is nowhere to get fried clams outside of New England; heck, no one even knows what a soft-shell/long-neck/steamer clam is! Clam "strips"? What is that, leftover from Howard Johnson's!?! Breaded rubber bands...“
“Why all the negative reviews? This place makes a 5 star Michelin restaurant look inferior! Started with valet parking of the Gods. Then upon entree They laid out a fancy tablecloth right in front of me and two super snooty French waiters in black suit and tie waited on me like I was the king of England. I had a super Big Mac, large fries, 10 piece nugs and a large ? coke by candlelight while a old guy in 1940's getup played the Grand Piano classical style and they even let me.bring in my Snooty poodle ?, Precious. Highly recommend.Parking: There is valet!“
