Never in my life have I ever ordered My usual Hazelnut coffee and blueberry muffin and the muffin actually come out FRESH AND WARM. Like this was right out the Oven or microwave but either way it was amazing! Gloucester Dunks on Washington street i think it was thank you!

Only one employee wearing a hat visor No hair net or hat. Order was done incorrectly same as Eastern Ave location. How do you contact management by email? Hair should be covered handling food.Thank you.

Gloucester has the most rude greedy Dunkin donuts in Massachusetts, they won't even sell you a cup of ice or a cup of ice water, Starbucks gives out ice water and cups of ice for free cus it's just good to give back in some way cus what you give out you get back even more in return.

I will never understand why they serve the drivethru first instead of people literally standing right in front of you...talk about backwards and not even to be rude but half of them can't speak English to fix things like reimbursements or how I ordered and paid for things and they're just not there...
