I'm always excited for new restaurants in Gloucester, so to see a Korean spot open definitely caught my attention! Usually when I get Korean food I'm looking for something hot and cozy on a cold winter day. I ordered the Bulgogi Kimchi Fried rice and the flavors were really good! I'm so glad they didn't skimp on the melted cheese. I will say there was a good amount of oil leftover, so maybe use less when stir frying or it could have been from the bulgogi marinade. Gangnam Gloucester is exceptional. It is exactly the kind of restaurant my wife and I look for. Family run and with true passion and love going into the dishes. We started eating here a few months ago and they did not have the seating and dishes set up. Now there is fresh paint, linen tablecloths and new chairs. A delightful surprise: it was very cold and other restaurants were closed, so we decided to try it. We were four and asked the very nice lady for three Korean dishes to share. They were excellent! Other pluses: tablecloth, napkins, serving plates, and the opportunity to bring our own wine. We’ll definitely be back!
