Edit**after implementing kiosks and being able to take your time and order made a huge difference. No more mistakes and I get fresh food made hot to order when I order this way. I skip the line order and sit down and wait for my food. It says please be seated while an employee brings you your meal however they make you get up and get it which is fine. But they just put it on the counter and do t even call your order number which is aggravating but I will give 3 stars across the board for the improvements. See previous review below. But I only gave pelana steakhouse 4 .5 star review so he happy with a 3 star lol your mcds guyI frequent this establishment due to it being the only fast good joint in the town of Gloucester. Most visits are average with the exception of always having to double check the order before we leave because items tend to be mixed up or missing. I usually also ask for no pickled on my burgers to ensure a fresh made burger only to see that instead of a fresh burger I get on off the warmer with pickles clearly taken off of them due to the discoloration of the cheese along with the imprint still leaving the taste of pickles on the burger. Bathrooms are usually clean sometimes I refuse to use it. Some of the staff are very polite and good at their job well others are down right rude and don't deserve to work with the public. All in all its average burger joint no better or worse than then next McDonald's

Nobody You Know
As someone who spent years engaged in the practice of law, when I walked in here and saw the employees literally throwing ice at one another with numerous pieces of ice going out to where a customer could easily slip on it and be injured, and if such happened, three surveillance cameras, that would definitely be solid evidence of the employees negligent conduct causing the hazard and would certainly be subpoenaed during discovery, and unquestionably prove gross negligence on behalf of this business. As an agent servant relationship exists where the employer is liable for the negligent conduct and actions of its employees, I have to wonder how the owner could himself be so reckless and negligent to hire idiots that would put him in a position like this? Someone should make an effort to clean up every so often as well before the health dept comes in and cites you for many obvious violations of code

The Manger that's working on today's date January 28th at 845pm is so disrespectful they didn't give me some of my food and when I told her she said i was lying and that I would have to come back tomorrow for a promo and speak to the boss ....WHY? then her and her co worker female friend want to speak badly about me in there language sorry but I've been around enough to know what you were saying. She didn't wanna give me my food I paid for and a male co worker ended up giving it to me and she was mad again why ? I paid for it...

Interesting.. You need an employee to press a buzzer for you to enter the bathroom. They think that ithat is going to restrict the bathroom to only paying customers. It may do that,but here's what it also does. It gives teenagers the ability to go inside the bathroom and make drug trades. The buzzer gives them advanced notice that someone is about to enter.

Why all the negative reviews? This place makes a 5 star Michelin restaurant look inferior! Started with valet parking of the Gods. Then upon entree They laid out a fancy tablecloth right in front of me and two super snooty French waiters in black suit and tie waited on me like I was the king of England. I had a super Big Mac, large fries, 10 piece nugs and a large ? coke by candlelight while a old guy in 1940's getup played the Grand Piano classical style and they even let me.bring in my Snooty poodle ?, Precious. Highly recommend.Parking: There is valet!

Ich bin überzeugt, Sars-Cov2 ist an diesem Ort entstanden!Mc Donald‘s hat immer die glejche Qualität, die selbe Sauberkeit - in diesem McD wurden wir eines besseren belehrt.Mitarbeitende sind auffällig laut und fluchen.Die Tische waren total verklebt ubd der Dreck war schon eingetrockent. Wur mussten unseren Tisch selbst putzen - Mitarbeitende reichten uns Renigungsmittel und Lumpen - kamen aber nicht selbst auf die Idee die anderen Tische zu putzen.Von unserem ursprünglich bestelltem Essen kam die Hälfte. Das was kam, war ungeniessbar. Nuggets wurden sicherlich vor 2 Tagen gemacht und nun nur schnell erwärmt…Diese Filiale ist meiner Meinung nach ein Gesundheitsrisiko und sollte geschlossen werden
