Place always struck me as kinda dirty and I’d never choose it but my tasteless toddler likes it and it’s closest to home. Sure enough, last slice I had I bit into a nice lil black hair baked right in. My kid is just going to have to develop some taste cause that’s that.

Use to be better, black things in my onion ring box...salad looked OK but with no dressing on or in bag, Reuben corned beef panini .. pathetic. 43.00 with tip way too $$ they should do much better. Done with them unless they improve. Was a good place once. New owners should make people want to come back again!

I am a pizza fanatic. I am from Jersey and my family is from New York so good pizza is a MUST in my family. I hadnt found my good pizza spot in massachusetts yet but I now proudly can say that even though it is an hour from my house, I would GLADLY do the drive every single time to go grab some pizza from here. I ordered just a normal pepperoni pie for my family and a broccoli and cheese calzone and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I wont lie, the soda selection was very limited and the place could definitely do some renovating but the food is absolutely spectacular!!! 100/10 recommend!Kid-friendliness: super kid friendly!!Wheelchair accessibility: very accessible all flat

Customer service is terrible!! Latin girl on her phone. No cheese slices. Didn't offer to make them to accommodate the customer. I asked the pizza maker. He looked at me and didn't respond. It's Thursday, 7pm. It closes at 10.They should have this item available or at least offer to make it when I called it in. No. Pepperoni or sausage. Basically take it or leave it! This is the most ignorant uncaring customer service I have experienced in my 65 years. Won't go here again and will spread the word as they deserve it.

Decent east coast pizza, but it took way longer than we expected. I'd suggest grabbing it to go and sitting on the waterfront.
Best pizza in Gloucester. Hand stretched dough, nice and thin with a thick crust is the best. Always order a large pineapple and sausage (the real Hawaiian) and have never been disappointed. The white pizza is also good.

I was there helping a friend deliver something, and the owner offered me a free LG Cheese Pizza and that was the best thing he ever did because I was eating it and then my daughter had called and I picked her up with her nephew and I left it in the backseat and when I dropped them off I went to go get some more and it was gone. I wish he would do that with some subs too so I can taste them out cuz you know restaurant they always either make a mistake or somebody doesn't come to pick it up or whatever but let me tell you that was the best Choice he made giving me that free pizza because ever since then I love their Pizza and I get it often it's out of this world I'm hoping one day he'll give me a cheesesteaker something cold too although I did try a ham and cheese and it was the bomb the bread there was so fresh oh my God so soft. So I do recommend if he lets me try anything else or I get anything else I will update you but so far it's the bomb diggity!

Im sorry to say that recently the quality of items I've ordered is poor. Specifically, the chicken Parm subs are now made with the frozen chicken strips full of tendon and other chewy things I don't even want to know what they are. You have recently almost doubled the price of every item at your store, use the money to buy quality items. Nobody wants a chicken parm sandwich that isn't a chicken cutlet. Nor do they want their sandwich so steamed that it sticks to the bottom of the container I gave one star for the delivery time and service, otherwise it'll be a zero star review. Former regular, sorry
