Since when does the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub made with shredded chicken???? My sub was definitely made with the scraps of chicken that they had left. (before you ask i ordered 2 hours before closing) To shadow said shredded chicken that wasn't supposed to be there, a ton of sweet chicken teriyaki sauce. like so much i was disgusted. The bread was SOAKED. Literally gonna throw up the bite i had.

Placed an online order. Got home and was missing a cookie we paid for. The club sandwich we ordered had olives we didn’t request, was missing the avocado we paid extra for, and was not toasted.Employees need to read the order more closely.

I love this Subway Sub ,the workers have always and I've lived out here 5 years yet all 5 years this Subway never changed,place is so clean,and all the food is so fresh and people that work there that need a BIG BONUS!

It’s just crap food. The quality of food is awful compared to regular sub shops. The workers seem to be hard workers, but overall it’s just an awful company with awful food. I really don’t know how they haven’t gone bankrupt over the years and how they are so popular; not to mention a pedophile was their spokesperson for many many years. I won’t eat there again.

Went in on Thursday 8/12 and this kid that waited on me made me super uncomfortable saying strange things then started saying stuff about my appearance and the way I walk cause I have a bad knee. I emailed the manager to tell him to maybe have a talk with his weirdo employee and he responded with the stupidest, scripted email back. Basically isn’t doing anything to fix the situation. I’ll never be back and I’ll make sure nobody I know goes back either

Ordered threw doordash today , You put tomatoes on my sub when I didn’t ask for them. This is not the first time with this. You really need to start paying attention to what people are ordering and just stop adding things you guys feel should be added.

I ordered online. When I went to pick up my order, the staff person at the counter was not wearing a mask. He was talking with a friend at the counter who was also not wearing a mask. Someone I believe was a manager came out from the back, pulling up his mask as he came out. I'm from an immune compromised household and couldn't take the risk. I asked them to cancel and refund the order because of the lack of masks. They argued that the food was already made and so would not refund me. Ultimately, they told me if I want a refund I'll have to call the corporate office. They were very unhelpful, and they need to wear their masks if they are near exposed foods.
