Nothing special. We were in town for a long weekend and decided to try out this place. We had a 5:30 pm reservation so the restaurant wasn’t nearly half full and nevertheless the service was super slowwww.The dishes were meh, nothing impressive.I really liked the clam chowder but the main course (I got the chicken breast) was nothing special, not worth the $30.My husband got lamb chopsticks and he liked them, but he didn’t like the shrimp appetizer.I personally wouldn’t go back.

Delicious!! Wedge salad and French onion soup to start, soup was the best I've had while here in the Berkshires. We had filet mignon and ribeye for mains; mashed potatoes, string beans and mushrooms for sides. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and had amazing flavor. The sides were all delicious as well esp the potatoes! We didn't like the chimichurri or the horseradish sauce but the peppercorn was good! Service was good, very nice.

A fine restaurant, in the classic sense of “fine” (i.e., of high quality), with many high points and few deficits. Among the high points are the well-aged, superior cuts of beef (the rib-eye is particularly excellent), cooked to perfection (note: I seldom receive a steak actually cooked “black and blue” on ordering one, but the chef is an expert and never fails to get it right). The NE clam chowder is the stuff of legend and must be had at least once or one has simply not lived. On the other side of the ledger, the Caesar salad needs a total revision, as chopped lettuce, rubbery (and minuscule) croutons, and a really third-rate Caesar dressing do not a Caesar salad make. (The waiter informed me that this salad was a “hit” among customers, but that is a dubious, almost laughable, assertion. If it is true, then I would suggest adding a menu item, perhaps entitled “classic Caesar salad” to indicate something resembling what one gets normally.) A few too many sloshed, loud customers here to characterize the atmosphere as excellent — but that is more or less the rule in American restaurants; come on folks, if you want to wear the lampshade on your head, do it within the confines of your home or, more likely, trailer park — but it is reasonably pleasant.

Came to visit our daughter in collage and after driving 4 + hours from South Jersey, we just wanted a good steak, wanted to try this place but they wouldn't take us when their hours were till 9pm and we got there 40 mins before closing . We told them about their hours online and how we drove from so far but it didn't seem like they cared. Unfortunately I can't recommend a business that doesn't stick to their hours of operation.

We love Number 10!!! We dined there last evening. We first enjoyed a delicious shrimp cocktail, which was very fresh and crisp! For our entrees we each had a Caesar Salad and Rib-eye steak. The rib-eye was so tender and cooked to perfection, by far the best this group has ever had! Kudos to the wonderful chef. The Caesar salad was very crisp and the dressing was to die for! Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing and delicious meal. We'll be back! Kate, John and Brian.

My husband and I had high hopes for our dinner tonight, but were sadly disappointed. First, they were not at all friendly when we walked in. The hostess in particular was rude to us and behaved as though she was doing us a favor by giving us a seat in the bar area. I would have left just for her attitude but was really hungry and wanted to give the food a try. Our seat in the bar area was hard backed and extremely uncomfortable. Nary a cushion nor even a decorative pillow in sight. The filet I ordered was cooked rare when I asked for medium rare and after waiting a full five minutes, I had to walk over to the bar to fetch our server, Marissa, who was too busy laughing and looking at the bartender's phone to check on the steak temperature. Once I got it back, the steak was good and seasoned well, but that was about it. The vegetable medley was barely cooked or salted and the butter was totally unsalted--which in itself would've been fine if the bread had much taste, which it did not. We spent $120 and won't be returning.

Decent food, decent portions, and decent prices. I had brisket and meatloaf. Definitely recommend them both.

Food and service to notch. We had a little bit of everything literally! Clam chowder was amazing, had a couple fresh clams as a garnish. I felt like it was a deconstructed version which was put together in the bowl. It had a little bit of everything because of this. Thick cut chunks of crispy bacon, potatoes etc. We had the duck liver pate which was rich, spread like butter on warm bread. The beef tongue was good but wasn't a fan of the texture The filet and veal chop weee cooked perfectly. We tried all the sides, each side is enough for 2 people to share, we had leftovers for a midnight snack!! The price, we can't get over. The amount of food/drinks we ordered for what we paid blows my mind. Great value.!

Consistently good. One of the best places for steak. Fish dishes are excellent as well. That's why we keep coming back.

We felt fortunate to slide into this busy, popular restaurant without reservations on a holiday weekend. The service, ambience, and location were wonderful. I very rarely think that a vegetarian pasta dish is worth $20, but this one was! My husband says his steak was cooked perfectly. We would go again!

It was okay. Best I can say. Wanted duck liver pate but something apparently wrong with refrigeration so got clam chowder instead. The broth itself needed a bit more development but the bacon added to it was good. Cottage pie was good and savory but too much potatoe topping. My husband's cesear salad again was okay but his steak was probably best thing we ordered. From rating I'd have thought overall impression would have been better.
