My husband and I have been here many times always a friendly greeting from staff when we arrive (34 miles one way for us),always very clean,portions are always plentiful (I always end up taking leftovers home) and the prices very reasonable. Well worth the trip!
We left Stratton in search of a meal on our way home. I found China Gourmet on Google search for food within half hour drive because we were hungry. We were both a little leery, uncertain of what to expect. However, the food put our doubts to rest! We ordered house fried rice and it was as scrumptious, it had a little of everything in it but with generous sampling. The house rice was the best this side of China! We ordered chicken cashew to accompany the house rice but didn't need it due to the generous amount. Our second meal was from the dinner combination menu and it was also a hefty serving and also very tasty. We left with three containers of leftovers! Thank you China Gourmet!!!

If you drive for Doordash, be careful picking up orders from here. They seldom adjust the wait time for DoorDash drivers so you could be waiting 20 minutes all because they don’t bother adjusting the time. Meanwhile, I have an order from a different restaurant waiting in the car from Beijing house where they always make sure the order is assigned to me AFTER THE FOOD IS DONE. They don’t care about that here obviously. There’s a way to assign drivers after the food is done but they don’t bother to learn how to do it. Instead, the driver is getting the short end, and the customer who ordered Beijing House has to wait 20+ extra minutes. Both restaurants use the same Doordash tablet so there’s really no excuse for it

Saw rudeness to guests from staff when food wasn't good, had to call a busboy to get refills and soy sauce, had to wait and finally ask for check. Heard a person tell manager it was worst meal they had and food was wrong and they would not be back and instead of trying to make it right, manager just said thank you for you business. Next time we will go to New Fortune.

I've never had a bad meal here. I live an hour away and will drive here to eat instead of somewhere closer. Large portions, friendly atmosphere and Ricky the server is SUCH a nice guy. It's pretty cool how he never writes down an order and always remembers everything! Love it here!

Ordered a long island iced tea,tasted horrible like they poured the entire bottle of liquor in it, the food I ordered was beef moo shi, it was ok only had five pieces of stripped beef in my whole plate. Service was slow, and I asked for a drink of water,I was never given it even though I asked three times. Seating in a booth was uncomfortable.. I only go because my friends enjoy it,but I wouldn't go on my own. I dislike it very much.Parking: Only probably 12 spots to park ,two of which are handicapped
