Well here's a good one. I ordered a pizza from Goodies. It was taking a long time. I called and they say it was already delivered... I say HUH? Where? I looked at all the doors Found it! On the cold cement ground! I called them back and the driver actually lied! He said I said thank you to him. How could I of said thank you ...if I didn't know the pizza was DELIVERED! Never ever again! They lost my business. It was very cold last night.

Very disappointing. On one of my orders the box was crushed and had sauce all over everything, my order took an hour and twenty minutes, while the driver took his sweet time getting out of his car and then proceeded to say he could not find my apartment, when he never came in the building. I was on the phone with the restaurant all this time and never even got an apology for the inconvenience. This was not the first time I have had a problem, once I received a piece of dessert that was freezer burnt and the restaurant was more concerned about getting the piece of pie back then replacing it and apologizing. Customer service is non existent.

Whenever we have Pizza, Grinders, or Calzones from Goodies we've not had any issues, but I am giving this review 3stars for the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo dinner we got from there a couple of weeks ago. I hadn't ordered a pasta dinner from there for a yr or so, and wondered if I'd been given a simple Melted Butter or Garlic sauce?!but there was no such menu choice The chicken was good, and the broccoli was OK, but the Alfredo 'Sauce' was nothing more than melted butter & Parmesan cheese!! ALSO- Garlic Bread is still part of the entre, but what's happened to the Salad that used to be included? Because of that missing, and the size of the Pasta/Chic. portion being smaller now, shouldn't the price be lower? We feel your local competitor Pizza places aren't necessarily better re.other Menu choices on par with yours, but saddly since an Alfredo dinner is a 'usual' choice of ours for Fri Nite take-out, we won't be ordering from Goodies. Sorry

While it's been years since I've dined in I do order often for delivery whether it's myself personally or my office as a whole.Food is always great, I usually order online and when my office orders we call and place the order online. They know us! It's great makes us feel welcome and like we almost know each other personally.You do need a minimum of $20 for delivery to Turners Falls so I wait for a coupon or order as a group unless I'm in a pinch. I'm not complaining by far the other day my car was in the shop and there isn't much within walking distance so it worked out great.Now let me tell you this because this is really important to me, I ordered for I always ask if comes just before I go on lunch because you never know what's going to happen. Keep in mind we order from them often and this has never happened in years of ordering from them. About 15 minutes before my order was due to arrive, 30 minutes before my lunch break they called and said their driver was out and they were going to be late! I assured them I ordered with extra time it was OK. They were about 15 minutes late. The driver that came was so sweet and apologetic. I explained like I had over the phone it truly was OK. I proceeded to apologize on behalf of anyone they had to call who may have yelled at them. They are human and have a business people get sick. After YEARS of ordering it's the first time it's happened. Please remember not to be upset at them if these things happen they are human.Also, I recommend their chef salad, anything they have with bourbon chicken and their taco pizza. Brought my 2 starving young nephews. We all got chicken tenders which were very tasty. You do have the option to call ahead to place your order. We did not but it didnt take very long for our food to come out. Casual booth seating.

I would like to counter the review that stated they argued and" played the race card". My family witnessed the entire interaction, (including when the gentleman sat down and stated he hadn't set foot in this restaurant in 10 years because of who owned it and commented they should open an Indian restaurant elsewhere and how much he hates curry?) The employee who served the food, attempting to clarify that the rest of the toppings were correct was met with yelling and condescendence. Ge calmly stated that the gentleman didn't need to raise his voice. He remedied the situation, politely returned the corrected order with a "here you go my friend; enjoy!" at which time the gentleman then made a snarky remark about the portion size and stated he was "no friend of his!" and continued to harass the employee. When the employee finally called him out, politely, on the disrespect he had been displaying since entering the establishment, he was told to "just serve me and get out back where you belong." The gentleman, and I use that term loosely, ate his meal, in its entirety, while loudly leaving his nasty yelp review. Meanwhile, the employee who had to deal with this, took the time to privately apologize to my family for having to witness the scene. I told him he didn't need to apologize to us, my kids recognized and were appalled at the behavior of this adult. Our experience was friendly staff, good portions, great tasting food and a lesson in grace as this employee treated this customer with far more grace than he deserved as I would have had him escorted out if it were me!

The people who are in here don't speak English and don't listen! I ordered a grinder with no tomato and lettuce when it arrived I said no lettuce he started arguing with me and finally took it back, when he brought it back out he started arguing with me again and pulled the race card on me! What you don't like the color of my skin? ( he's Indian) I told him I wanted to eat in peace but he keep up finally I told him to go in the kitchen!!!!!! I'll never set foot in that place again The ambiance was bad
