It was great, excellent selection of toppings. We got 2 small cups not even full to the top, so I was pretty surprised when the total came to $24. It's not like I could put some back or something lol. Kinda felt like I'd been robbed, but the sweet dessert sorta made it better.

Service was great and everything.However, I witnessed a grown mother it seems in a purple tracksuit or whatever complaining about how there’s no whipping cream? “How do you not have whipping cream?” is what the lady mumbled to herself. If there’s no whipping cream, there’s no whipping cream! Just go buy it yourself, it’s not that hard. Probably would cost $2 at a store. AND I HOPE YOU SEE THIS CAUSE YOU WERE DISRESPECTFUL FOR NO REASON

I love getting frozen yogurt whenever I go to the mall here. The flavors are great and they have toppings like mochi and popping boba which both are kinda hard to find around here. So if you're at the mall I'd suggest giving it a go
the drinks were great, but the service was awful. we were waiting for about 8 minutes before someone finally came from back, and he absolutely did not want to be here. he talked in a extremely monotone voice, and another customer came and asked a few questions, to which he rolled his eyes and threw his hands up, when they simply asked whether it was self serve. he disappeared in the back again, and half the customers aren't even being served until they wait for ten minutes. i personally work in food service and was extremely disappointed with the treatment of me and my friend, as well as other customers. he was a young twenty something year old blonde with a ponytail and glasses. avoiding at all costs :).

I work in the mall this location is at and I frequently see a man, who I assume must be the owner, walking around without his mask on behind the stand, eating and drinking behind the counter, and overall having little regard for the health of his costumers. If you want a frozen yogurt place that's Covid safe this is NOT the one for you.
