I love me some Dunkin, but wasn't too thrilled to see a guy walk in and tell his buddy behind the counter that he needed "more coffee and a couple sandwiches." This was not a 'call-ahead', he just skipped the line, went right to his buddy, got his food, made some small talk with his buddy and DID NOT PAY! This happened while the line was growing out the door. The woman behind the counter saw what was happening and tried to make it better by giving me an extra order of hash browns...read full review
This poor place... I felt bad for the staff because they seemed in pain. The food was cold in the middle, the coffee lids were dusted with crumbs of some sort and the coffee cream seemed to be curdled. Not Dunkin's best spot, for sure. The coffee was hot and the donut was yummy.

These workers are so nice! I went in today and tried using my app to get my points. For some reason the barcode was not showing up correctly and I told the woman its okay, and she ended up giving my drink for free. It was quick to be ready, and the staff seem to get along and enjoy what they do :)
