I do door dash as my second job and everytime I get like drinks I never get a tray or a bag for bottled drinks!! Today I had an order that has two bottled drinks and I never got asked if I wanted a bag for them cause I have to carry the food the drinks plus the phone I’m using and since my hands were full it made me drop my moms phone and now it’s cracked!!!

Tried it for the first time. Place was very cold luckily we all had sweatshirts on. Food was disappointing. Although they packed the taco and the burritos, the food lacked flavor. The guac and refried beans were extremely thick and overpowered everything else. Too many options in the area to go back.

Have gotten take-out once a week for the past year. There is a decline in attitude/service over the past couple of months. Our families’ orders are constantly messed up. When i brought it to the workers attention, they seemed inconvenienced. It’s expensive rice and beans at this point.

C'mon, instead of pizza this place is the new hot spot,the barbacoa burrito was so moist and juicy with the right stuffing,the Quesabirria tacos oh my gawd delicious with the homemade flavors and the birria dipping sauce,and the cake ,the cake,the tre leche cake ,well let's just say if you touch my food from this place you would catch a beating,to top it off the Hochata drink had the right touch to was it all down.

I tried Burrito Spice for the first time today and can confidently say this is the worst Mexican food in the north shore.. possibly in the world. I am even reluctant to give this 1 star because of how low quality the ingredients were, but the salsa roja did have a good spice to it, which was the only reason (outside of my severe hunger pangs) I ate it.Let's start with the quality of the ingredients, which was the most jarring - I ordered Al Pastor, a traditional roasted pork, which ended up just being chunks of pork fat. The queso tasted oddly similar to "Over the Border" Cheese Dip, which I'm ashamed to admit I have tried in the past. I also ordered the Birria and paid for double meat, but the Birria was no where to be found. Enjoy the free $3 upcharge, Burrito Spice! Aside from the Birria, it was also missing the corn salsa, and guac, both of which are also upcharge items. Sweet deal.I couldn't tell you how their other selections are (I got a burrito), but I can't imagine it's any different. Unless you are actively dying of hunger, and happen to have too much money in your pocket that you need to get rid of, I would avoid this place like the plague.

I have been to both the Haverhill and Ipswich locations several times... While the staff is pleasant and efficient. The food is very basic. I've had better burritos and tacos at the big chain burrito and taco restaurants and that says a lot... The North Shore has plenty of options now for Mexican style food and you would do well to look at other options.

I’ve been here many times. The food is always excellent. Burritos, bowls, tacos are always great.
My husband and I love it here. The food is delicious. Its set up like a chipotle, but with better ingredients to choose from, including plantains, mango salsa, etc. The environment isnt much but thats ok bc we always get our food to go eat at home anyway.Vegetarian options: lots of choices

The food was very poor quality, to the point that I actually had to spit it out. I called to request a partial refund, which I thought was fair, and I was hung up on. I called and requested the partial refund again, and they rudely said "no" without even apologizing or offering to make it right.
Great experience, the food was absolutely so good. Definitely will be coming again!

I don’t know what went wrong with this place. I had tried it before and it was okay but today I spent almost $20 for something that was inedible and went in the trash. You could get better queso at a movie theater, the meat had a very strange taste to it, they forgot to put shredded cheese on, it was just bad all around. I hope they can get the quality back to what it was when it first opened because if not, they’ll be out of business quick.(I realized I posted this on the ipswhich location by accident so this incident was a few months back)
