Honestly had not been to chipotle in a couple years but figured I’d give it another shot. Not the best reviews here so I was a bit skeptical of this location but pleasantly surprised. All 3 workers I encountered making my bowl were quick and friendly. I got a reasonably full bowl and they did not skimp out on the portion of meat. The bowl is $13, more expensive than it’s been in the past but what isn’t? Good enough amount of food for the price, and better than expected.

I used to work at this location a longgg time ago. Had to relocate when they had managing and staffing issues and inconsistencies. But whatever they’re doing now is working good. It’s never closed randomly like it used to be. There’s lots of workers and the food is always on the grill. Never running out of food and the staff are hard workers.The one star missing is for the occasional inconsistent portioning at lunch time, they’re definitely a little stingy and I know what the correct portioning should be considering having trained people for 4 years on it. But besides that…Lots of things have changed for the better at this location and although the prices are a tad nuts, the food here is once again worth it.

terrible service I go there all the time and I still get treated like the worst customer which I know I am not. every time I go there they never have any steak. my cousin is the manager of the Chipotle in Boston Mass and they take care of their customers if they are not satisfied!!

i am a vegetarian because i cannot have meat, it makes me extremely sick. they put beef in my burrito and when i asked for another one blatantly told me no. awful service.

Ordered here the other day. Used online ordering. Got to the restaurant right at the pick up time. Order was not even ready, not in the process! It took an additional 20 min to do mine. While waiting, I had the chance to look around. Place was a mess! No one spoke English they were all speaking Spanish or what ever to each other! No apology that my order was delayed nothing. Will guarantee I will not be coming back! Corporate really needs to come take a surprise visit and have mandatory retrain! I get times are tuff trying to hire people but that’s not a good excuse for poor manners and cleanliness

They were faster at making my food than ANY fast food establishment I have been to since being here. 20 seconds for two burritos is absolutely insane. Mad respect for this crew whom I observed working as a team.
